Good products but Royal Mail service appalling. I would suggest using a different courier

Ordered a ks5 seat box on Friday afternoon and it arrived on the following Monday. There was an issue with the shoulder strap after I used it which I notified Koala about, and a replacement was sent out on the same day. Very impressed with the service I have received.

Quick delivery, excellent communication on where my item was in the system, and great products at a reasonable price.

After ordering a tray from Amazon ( as you do !) it turned out to have a thumb wheel that is different in the picture ( I won’t go into the reason why I struggle with the one from Amazon) so I decided to go straight to koala products to order one with the domed thumb wheel ( this was put in the comments section of the order form ) two days later it’s at my door and it’s the right one !! Thanks koala.

First class service ,unfortunately these didn't fit my box wanted round not square legs

Already have Match Station AS5 pro seat box. Swivel seat ordered as extra. Now looking at Match station AS5 pro seat box Red. this has wider foot pads. Boxes look identical. Asked, if my swivel seat would fit Red box? Reply. Not compatible. Asked, how is it not compatible? Are catches in same place? Reply. Red box is deeper. Tried phoning. 7 attempts always on answer phone. Requested several times call back from technical support to discus incompatibility. Is it suitable for small DIY modification at home? i.e. fit a spacer bar. No reply. Asked same questions in several emails. No reply. Emailed offering to visit factory to view incompatibility. No reply. 3 weeks 7 phone calls, 7 emails. No call backs or information supplied to requests in emails. Now 4 weeks gone by. Hopeless customer relations.

Great boots but had a problem and the team sorted it all out very quickly cannot say better than that.

Quick delivery from ordering and immediate response to a question.
One star deducted due to not fitting properly, it was found that a piece of plastic/glue on one corner, stopped the other section from sitting onto the base box propertly.
The "sliders" are still a little stiff to engage but hopefully will ease with use.

Wrong size delivered. Sending back but no refund until received and no replacement have to reorder. Not impressed.
