No compren en esta compañía. Fui a la tienda en multiplaza y compre un modelo que era suave que es lo que necesitamos por los problemas de espalda que mi esposa tiene. Cuando el colchón llegó el modelo en la etiqueta era el "correcto" sin embargo no se siente nada parecido al modelo que probamos en la tienda. Le comunique eso al vendedor por chat y el me dijo que tenía que darle 2 semanas porque el colchón iba a ceder (suavizarse). Obviamente eso nunca sucedió, me comunique denuevo con el y el me dijo que iba a hablar con la empresa para que se comunicaran conmigo y ellos me dejaron un mensaje que tenía que esperar otros 90 días más para que el colchón se suavisara. Ustedes se dan cuenta que absurda es esa respuesta. El colchón no está supuesto a suavisarase porque seguiría suavizadose hasta no servir por completo. Simplemente fue una estafa. Me vendieron una colchin y me entregaron algo diferente y no se quieren hacer responsables por su error

I bought Dirt Boots through Amazon. They were initially very good but one boot started leaking after less than a month. If you read through enough TrustPilot reviews you'll spot a pattern. The company hates refunding money.

I went through Amazon, first by contacting the company through the Amazon app; Koala started doing what other reviewers said they'd done, trying to get me to do unreasonable things, like fill th boot with water to show the leak. I quoted the Consumer Credit Act 2015 at them and they stopped replying. I was then able to go back to Amazon and show them the message chain, and they eventually refunded me in full. So, if you have a problem and you bought through Amazon, do what I did, but make sure you try with the supplier first.

Ultimately I don't think their Dirt Boots are any good; they just won't improve their manufacturing process, or change materials, to make them better.

In keeping with Koala Products' other responses to negative comments I now expect to receive a mouthful of abuse. On you go Koala, I've got my money back, do your worst!

Okay so the fishing chair, well overall it is not a bad chair, reasonably comfortable to sit on, easy to set up and not bad on weight either, the down side of things are as follows, could have done with a shoulder strap to aid in carrying it, I’ve had to buy on myself to use but would have been better if one was included in the price, design of the chair, well could have done with an easier way to adjust the back tilt rather than having to unscrew both side and adjust that way.
Price wise, well purchased directly the price was pretty reasonable compared to other chairs in the market.

Overall would I recommend this chair to anyone? Yes I would without a shadow of doubt.

They make the best mattress I ever had in my life. I had a very exesive mattress before, from one of those brands that everybody buys. Not impressed. Withing 2 weeks I was feeling pain in my back and hips. I was getting up in the morning like a 90 yo person (i was just 35 at the time). had to get rid of it. tried a couple of toher brands here and there. Until the day I got a Koala. I get up in rested state every day and my posture is upright since day 1. No back or hip pains anymore,
Perfect density and firmness of foam, will not ever change brands again.
I have had the mattress for 5 years and every time I had to move out (usualy to a semi furnished place) my only request was to keep my Koala mattress. I didnt care if I had to put on the floor for a while, as long as I could keep it.
ps: had to use my warranty last week as the zipper of the mattress cover broke and I couldnt clsoe it anymore. within 2 days I had a brand new cover sent to me. Just another reason to spread the word about this fanstactic company.
