Kobocrete "The Helpful Concrete People" Avis

I love this company and they were so helpful and came in at the best price..
I can stare at my coping stones and pier caps all day, best part of my whole home..

Everybody compliments them

Thank you

Very helpful. The stone window sills that arrived were perfect. Recommend

Kobocrete are a professional company and we are very pleased with their service. Thank you.

I dealt with Bev and Kieran at Kobocrete.
Bev was so happy, helpful and a pleasure to deal with, as was Kieran. I placed my order, was given a delivery date and it turned up spot on time. Price was more than competitive Product was exactly as described and perfect. Would recommend them to everyone wanted a quality stone product. Chris.

Great product & think their prices are good too for what you get. Only slight concern for us is wait/delivery time.

We normally take 3-4 weeks from winning a job to completion but have to wait around 6 weeks for the copings so always have to go back to jobs just to finish copings plus client holds back funds until complete.

We try to pre order in advance as far as possible 👍🏻

The whole team at Kobocrete couldnt have been more helpful and keen to deliver a truly personal and first class service from start to finish. Our large outdoor table was the final phase of a significant outdoor kitchen project and looks absolutely stunning! Highly recommend Kobocrete

As a trade customer, I can definitely recommend using Kobocrete for all coping and pier cap needs in particular. From quality through to customer service and delivery they are second to none. Been using them for a few years now and always adds that spectacular finish.

The quality of our polished concrete table is excellent. We had great advice from Kieran, who is passionate about his products and wants the best for his customer. We were kept informed during the process and even the delivery and installation was top notch - placed exactly where we wanted it.

Excellent workmanship, great advice. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Really happy with my coping stones. Cannot fault the customer service. Thank you so much!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kieran and the team at Kobocrete. We were looking for an elegant yet robust new surface for the worktops on our outdoor kitchen when we came across Kobocrete. From the initial contact through drawings and to installation the service was quick and reliable and the finished polished concrete surfaces are beautiful. Thank you.

We visited many places before visiting Fran and Kieran at Kobocrete and after they showed us some of their products we decided rather quickly their product was the once for us.

We needed 24 pieces created for window cills and garage coping stones. They sent us photos before they shipped the items, and some were damaged in transit - they fixed and resent fairly quickly. They also were very helpful when a builder damaged one of the cills sending out a repair kit for us.

Lovely team, lovely products.

We received professional, friendly and helpful from Kieran and his wife when we placed our recent order for replacement pier caps for an existing brick wall. There was a good choice, the options explained to us and our order placed. It was delivered on time. Highly recommended. It was a pleasure to deal with a local, friendly, professional and caring company. Thank you 🙂

Great products
Helpful and friendly office staff -
Am now a regular customer/fan

From order to delivery the service was brilliant the staff are excellent and very knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again and I also highly recommend them.

Hi quality products, well packaged and all clients very happy with the outcome

Placed my order and everything seemed to go well even got confirmation of the order and a txt to tell me I would be getting details of my delivery. Sadly this is where it went radidly downhill. The next day I was advised that they could not deliver to me as I lived in Scotland, No explanation. The fact that distances did not play any part, they could deliver to places just as far away in England, it was just a post code lottery. At least they refunded my money quickly.

An excellent service and a fabulous product. Communication was easy and emails were responded to quickly. Highly recommend this company and the polished concrete.

Exceptional service that you could not fault, going above and beyond to ensure the order was delivered when agreed to amazing standard!

The service and advice from the team was great. The products themselves (garden furniture and parasol) were also first rate and far superior than a lot we had seen a garden centres.
