Kobocrete "The Helpful Concrete People" Avis

I had couple of minor problems with the Old York circular patio kit, these I must stress were transportation/packaging issue's rather than manufacturing, which were delt with very promptly by Beverley.

Excellent products

I’ve had such a pleasant experience ordering some garden slabs from Kobocrete.

I initially messaged Kobocrete on Instagram asking if they do samples of garden slabs. (We previously ordered garden slabs from another company and were awaiting more of these slabs but the company went bust and we had such a stressful time with this company). Kobocrete were super helpful with this and actually sent us a sample for free which was very generous!

We only ordered a pallet of 60 slabs on Sunday 31st March and they came today on Friday 5th April!!! Super impressed with this as the previous company we used took well over 4 weeks to arrive!!

I will certainly be using Kobocrete again in the future should I need any other garden slabs, and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. Thank you :-)

Very pleased with the cap stones ordered for a wall. Excellent product at a reasonable price. Delivered as expected on time. Very efficient company.

Kieran & Fran couldn't have been more helpful in the design stage of our commission for a bespoke concrete table. They spent lots of time & effort to design a finish that met our aspirations & capture our vision. They kept us informed at each stage of the process, with pictures of samples, to make sure they where on track, with the desired effect. When the table arrived it exceeded our expectations.

Really great customer service and wonderful product. We just love our new fire surround!

We have been absolutely delighted with our Nova outdoor corner sofa and dining set with firepit. We are coming up to 1 year of ownership now and looking forward to our second summer. It gives us a great reason to get into the garden and enjoy it. Great quality and price too. Kobo were excellent with prompt delivery and aftercare when I needed a little assembly advice. Kobo will be our first stop for any future garden furniture/outdoor living needs.

I was contacted within 1 hour of delivery as requested.
Delivery was made on the day we were given.
We were kept informed of progress at all stages

Customer service second to none.
Would 100% recommend

An excellent service from start to finish from people who really care about their products and customers. I would suggest that a 2-man delivery service is offered at an extra cost, as this was extremely heavy! However, we are very happy with the results and it really adds a lovely quality to our home.

Great Product from a lovely expanding UK Business. UK plc could do with so many more of these to drive the UK forward.

The only feedback on the product would be to perhaps strenghten the leg attachment area as still rocks a little more than I would like given the weight of th table.

Kobocrete / Kobo Living are a very friendly and helpful company with excellent customer service and support.
Nothing seems to be too much trouble.
Many thanks to Kieren Fran and the staff for all help.

Great customer service.
Fran noticed that I had ordered the incorrect post cap ( to match coping stones)
One phone call from Fran, all sorted

We’ve just bought a garden furniture set from Kobo Living. This company is a joy to deal with. We had a very warm welcome when we visited their showroom. Having made our decision and placed our order, we were asked when it would be convenient to deliver it. We specified a day, they said they would deliver early afternoon and our new Nova Vogue furniture set duly arrived as promised. Carefully unloaded and helpful advice given on the limited amount of assembly required
From start to finish a truly first class service.
Thankyou

I've dealt with Kobocrete on a few occasions now and have always found the staff to be friendly and pleasant. I feel like they always go above and beyond and would recommend them to my friends and family. Fantastic service

Customer service from Kobo was excellent - friendly and responsive. The product itself (Nova Titan Pergola) is outstandingly well engineered, goes together very, very easily and comes with everything you need to finish the job. Just one warning: it’s heavy.

Excellent company to deal with .
Very efficient and helpful .
Furniture is fabulous. Great quality and very stylish!

Excellent service and delivery. Went out of their way to help us. Highly recommended.

Good quality hand-made dry cast coping stones, luckily in stock, and dispatched very quickly to be fixed to my wall head and neaten everything up
