I have just purchased two Nutcrackers from Kobocrete.  They are one of the most efficient companies I have ever dealt with. The customer service team (Beverley) is so friendly, considerate and helpful, I will recommend them to everyone I know.

My order arrived on time but a small fault on one item was found (not their fault).  I emailed and had an instant response from Beverley with a quick and easy solution, Beverley dealt with it in an efficient and speedy way resolving the problem by the end of the week! They are everything you want from a company, lovely people to do business with.

Excellent customer service..Easy to deal withx

Absolutely excellent customer service. Would highly recommend Kobocrete

Kobocrete were excellent to deal with and their attention to detail and customer service was exceptional. The product arrived on dedicated transport, which was also excellent, with the driver giving me chance to inspect the items for damage before he left. Finally the product itself was great value for money and beyond our expectations for colour match and quality. My customer is extremely happy too, especially as the pier caps are for a Victorian Rectory with a great deal of character.

Excellent service kept up to date of the process to delivery.
