Kobocrete "The Helpful Concrete People" Avis

We were supplied with very good products, but the delay in supplying caused quite a bit of grief. However, when delivered, the products were fitted and completed quite quickly, and the finished product looked very suitable and attractive.

Received our garden furniture cover, it came on time and fitted perfect.

Fantastic garden furniture. Delivery on a pallet left a lot to be desired. Needs looking into.

Ordered covers for garden furniture not in stock at the time but we're delivered as soon as they arrived.

Ordered a product, waited for the day it should have arrived and received an e- mail at night extending the lead time to another 12 weeks, cancelled the order and then I had to contact them six times over a period of three months to get my money back.

Never again!

Very efficient service. Good product, good price and delivered on time.

Quick service only issue was there should of been 3 but instead 2 larger ones came which was fine

We ordered the 6 seater Nova Heritage Leeanna garden set from KoboCrete after struggling to find this in Jersey or from a company in the UK who could deliver to Jersey. Kobo Crete were able to deal with our VAT refund and deliver to Jersey without any hassle. They kept us updated on the progress of our order and were extremely responsive to emails and helpful with any queries we had. Excellent customer service from Beverley and Kieran. Would highly recommend using this company.

Excellent customer service from Kobocrete. We were kept well informed throughout the order process and the delivery came in good order.
Many thanks to Kieran and the team!
I would recommend

Great service

I ordered something and it arrived quickly, but when it arrived I had noticed I’d ordered the wrong item, so I emailed and had a instant response from Beverley with a quick and easy solution, without any question. Definitely will be using Kobocrete again.

Easy ordering, Beverly answered my questions and gave advice. Kept up to date with del and furniture arrived on time. Furniture looks fab, just as pictured. Very efficient, would recommend and use again in the future.

Fab shopping experience. Beverley was really helpful and kept me informed the whole way along. Nothing was too much trouble. And the furniture set arrived perfectly packaged and looks fantastic.

I purchased the Nova Tranquilty outdoor corner sofa. Bev and Kieran at Kobocrete were incredibly helpful, answering my questions and keeping me updated. They gave a personal service which inspired confidence in me making a large purchase online. The sofa arrived quickly and well packaged, and looks absolutely amazing in my garden!

I ordered a curved precast garden bench and after speaking with Kieran added a few curved slabs to form a base. I was told there may be a slight delay in delivery due to Production being affected by Covid-19. In the event the bench and slabs were delivered one day before the estimated delivery date. I can't compliment Kobocrete too highly. Brilliant service and very helpful people.

Product arrived before the expected delivery date. Thanks !.

stone were of high quality, one turned up damaged and they addressed the issues in providing me with a replacement without any hassle

Absolutely brilliant service, ordered the Nova Cambridge garden furniture set, Beverley kept me up to date with delivery. Was all securely packaged when it arrived. Love it! Thank you

Quality products and excellent customer service. I placed an order for coping stones but due to covid, the order would be delayed and this would have had a knock on effect on other work. These guys rang around for me to get the coping stones over to me in a much shorter time.

There were a few unavoidable delays with my delivery but we were kept informed at each stage by Kieran and Beverley. We were even offered an upgrade! i would not hesitate to recommend Kobocrete , in fact i have just bought two more items from them!

Excellent service fast delivery 👏 highly recommended xxx
