There is no cancel subscription button for their cell services - how does one cancel? One cannot cancel. I simply blocked them from charging my credit card. If that doesn't work, I'll cancel my credit card. I guess I'm short $100.

Kogan mobiles outbound calls have all stopped. I callled the customer care after trying to reset my phone dial +614 numbers etc it keeps coming up with a message ‘unfortunately due to service difficulties we cannot call the no you dialled’ (even though dialling local numbers.
Customer care had the stupid demand of me providing and alternate +614 no to my mobile - o said I’m sorry I only have your mobile no I don’t have any other phones, the male operator kept repeating the same line like a robot, in the end I used a rude word and said you have to be kidding I’m a customer with your network and you have to and of course he ended the call. I’ve called them 3 times now and none of them have been informed internally that their network has a problem in Australia. Oh well off to the regulator

A word of advice: Stay away from this company as they do not operate in Australia and you can only contact them through intermediaries.

Customer service was very rude and refused to deal with problem after 8pm ( I rang in before 7.30 and I waited 20 mins for the lady, she went to get conditions for reading to me). When she came back to me. I can tell she read the conditions in slow speed then after 8pm she made excuse that she can't address my request otherwise the system will lock me out. I didn't believe her and ask if she doesn't want to solve my problem because the time is after 8pm, she said yes. She locked my mobile number and ask me to call back tomorrow. What a ridiculous customer service.
Do not use Kogan, the savings are not worth the lack of support
I recently signed up for a 365-day pack with Kogan Mobile for my business. I previously transferred my personal number and that was a headache, unfortunately this was even worse.
The porting process was clunky and delayed on both occasions. Kogan blamed Apple for the issue.
This second time round, I am currently waiting for my ID to be verified for a second eSIM just to get connected.
I’ve switched providers multiple times before from TPG, iiNet and Felix. Those platforms made everything so much easier. Transfers were automated through an app, and I never needed to speak to anyone. In comparison, Kogan’s process is cumbersome, slow, and poorly supported.
For the price, the lack of straightforward systems and decent customer service makes it not worth the effort. I would not recommend Kogan Mobile.
Extremely concerning experience
Extremely concerning experience with Kogan Mobile; not just poor service, but serious security issues.
During a recent support call, I completed identity verification and the representative clearly confirmed my details (including my date of birth) were correct. However, partway through the same call, she suddenly claimed my date of birth was “incorrect” and refused to proceed.
This means that in a single conversation, my identity was both accepted and rejected using the exact same information. That raises major concerns about how their verification process actually works, and whether customer accounts are being handled securely or consistently.
As a result of this situation, I am now locked out of my own account because they say the email and date of birth on file is “wrong,” leaving me unable to access my service or even transfer my number to another provider.
On top of that, the representative was dismissive, repeatedly interrupted me, and refused to provide clear answers.
This is a worrying lack of reliable identity and account security processes. I will be switching providers as soon as I am able to regain access to my account.
Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service, spent 30 minutes talking to someone on chat who was unable to help me find my invoices, asked me for many forms of identification and their solution was to contact my bank. before i eventually found the invoices link myself hidden on their website dashboard...
Bad communication and service
Needed a replacement sim due to lost sim.
Promised in 24 hours, then 48 hours, 5 days and still no sim swap. This is rediculous, with many phone calls and always being told another 24 hours and then another 24 hours. Complaints dept don't answer the phones and then states leave a message and we will get back to you in 24 hours. NOT ACCEPTABLE. It seems our business is not important to this company.

Absolute worst experience
I am extremely disappointed with the way this issue has been handled so far. Activating a SIM should be so easy to do but yet they keep asking me to verify my ID. It's like being stuck in an infinite loop.
I have been repeatedly passed between support channels without any meaningful progress. Despite verifying my identity multiple times, I am continually sent back to the care team and asked to repeat the same process. This is now the fourth time I have been asked to verify my identity for the same unresolved issue.
At this point, it is unclear when this process will end or when any real effort will be made to resolve the problem. I am paying for a service that is not functioning, and the ongoing delays and lack of accountability are unacceptable. I've had this account for 7mths. I guess they are just waiting for the time to run out.

No customer Service & System not working
Tried to port over new mobile number to their service.. followed required steps, received automated email confirming that number was ported over, then another email confirming the account and number was active. Except it wasnt, called customer service they kept telling me I had something wrong... but they couldnt tell me what i had done wrong.. ended up having to start with a new number elsewhere ....a lot of hassle DO NOT USE THEM
WORSE SERVICE EVER
This has been a nightmare for me. its my second year using their service line. All along i have had the worse customer service experience with them. Recently my line is up, so i bought a new bundle early, like two weeks early and they immediately started my new bundle (365 days) early by two weeks. which i called the customer service and told them that they have taken 2 weeks off my old bundle by starting my new bundle immediately. they said that I should've have started the bundle and i said there were simply no instructions on their site or whatsoever. who knew that starting early would get the bundle time reduced? and the staff was just super rude kept arguing with me and reluctantly gave me back that two weeks. Then I've changed a new phone and learned that in order to switch my eSIM to the new phone i have to purchase a brand new eSIM on their site, which I did, and called the customer service to do the port over. Just when I thought everything was okay and going smoothly... They port over my service to the new phone but my number has changed. My old number is linked to my banks and other accounts which requires OTP and now I'm stuck with this new number, tried calling their customer service for two days straight and they are still not picking up. simply the worse company i've ever used. I swear i will switch service when my bundle is up. I will NEVER use koganmobile again. bullshit service

horrible Customer support. If u face any problem after getting a KOGAN Mobile SIM. just throw the SIM into the bin & buy a new one. You may find GOD once, but KOGAN is hard to reach.

I then rang Kogan tech 3 days ago on the phone for 45 minutes on hold and gave up.
I tried again today another 46 minutes still no answer but told they would answer ASAP.☹️
