I regret to share my disappointing experience with Kredibee's loan platform. My interaction with the service was marred by undisclosed charges, excessively high-interest rates, and unprofessional behavior from the collection team. The lack of transparency regarding fees and the burden of steep interest rates were major concerns. Moreover, the unprofessional conduct of the collection team only added to my frustration. I urge Kredibee to address these issues promptly, improve transparency, and ensure professionalism in customer interactions.

CHINESE APP company, seems to be!!! They steal your personal mobile numbers from no one know where and bombard you with pathetic and desperate WhatsApp and SMS fraudulent offers. The numbers they use in spamming keep changing and are registered in UP/BIHAR and are untracebable and irresponsive! Even the company details on their website are very difficult to find, you need to go through a maze to ultimately find little information, made on purpose? AVOID IT AT ANY COST!!!

Incase you delay instalment for few days, they threaten to file case against you under IPC 420
It should be brought to the notice of RBI through social media

I have worked for many international businesses on the front end, and back end. Also, I have owned a business, so I give utmost priority to the customer concern and also will consider the business feasibility in resolving a complaint.

The loan I took from my account for a friend, I foreclosed because he is unable to repay. And I asked the support to change the number to my alternative number. They asked the reason, and I honestly shared the reason. After doing so, there is no response, and when I called them to check the status, as I needed to apply a loan for myself. They said, they cannot change it to the alternate number, and if they have to do, then I need to deactivate my primary number. In my 13 years corporate experience, and dealing with various customer concerns. I never heard such an absurd requirement. They think Indians are fools, and do not have their privilege, and rights.

After reading various other complaints of customers, I guess like others, they collect the data, and sell it. They haven't listed the sub-processors in their privacy policy with whom they are sharing the data they collect. They access the phone data, and collect so many information about us. And when asked to delete they are asking to share the email address and phone number when they are communicating to the same registered email address.

They do not like people foreclosing the loans.

Edit: After making a formal complaint with RBI for not taking my request to delete my associated data, they finally did it.

Very bad application. I have taken a loan and i have repay my 1st EMI before time but they are not showing and asking to pay again. They are sending notice. This is the worst loan application i have ever used. I have paid why would i pay again.... They are just harassing me and asking me to go to bank and claim for refund, why would i do that.... The amount have already debited from my account.

They love to call and send text messages without optin consent. Absolute joke
