Krispy Kreme UK Ltd Avis 

My question was resolved really quickly. Very satisfied. 😄

I have visited KK for a coffee and a chat for 7 years I was there yesterday and the place is disgustingly glass surrounding the seating area is smothered with greasy finger marks The tables are sticky and the whole place needs a clean .The standards have always been very high but the last few days have seen a decline .Time waiting for a coffee is the Liberty Romford goodbye staff will be missed because they always gave good service But management needs reviewing!!!!!!!!

Rebecca replied to my email query within 5 minutes, added the note that I had missed from my order. Re-sent my order confirmation showing the amendment.

After a disappointment when my order wasn’t delivered as arranged on my daughter in laws birthday, Angela from the customer service team sorted it out and not only arranged for a replacement order to be sent, but also fully refunded my original order. I can’t praise her enough! Thank you Angela.

We were there when the shop was going through a makeover, and the stand was outside too, but Jackie never seems to age.

I had issues with the app and the customer care team notably Rebecca has been extremely helpful. She provided clear step by step instructions on how to resolve the issue and it worked on the first attempt. She was also quick to respond to my queries.

We recently placed a large corporate order with Krispy Kreme as part of a celebration for an award win, with deliveries needed across multiple locations. Initially, I thought I would need to place almost 20 separate orders and payments, but after calling customer services, Rebecca (Customer Care Advisor) was absolutely amazing from start to finish.

Rebecca guided me through the whole process and provided an Excel spreadsheet template to make everything much easier and more organised. She was incredibly helpful, informative, patient, and responsive throughout, which made what could have been a stressful process feel really straightforward.

There was also a minor issue with one site delivery (through no fault of anyone involved), and Rebecca arranged a replacement immediately without hesitation, which was hugely appreciated.

As this was a large order, the team also kindly included some Krispy Kreme hats for us so we could take photos and capture the celebration properly, which was such a thoughtful touch and really added to the occasion.

The donuts themselves were loved by everyone, but the customer service from Rebecca truly stood out. She was fantastic throughout the entire process and is a real credit to Krispy Kreme.

Worst experience ever with a doughnut, so i paid 13,99 pounds for 4 simple doughnuts ring glazed, 13,99 in airport! I refuse to think that i was eating gold…when price of one was roughly 2,70 ( cant remember exactly, i paid 13,99 for 4 ) thats the kind of offers you have.
Thats shame! I will never waste my money again for a spoon of flour from this company

That is a team memberat the Guildford kiosk in the Friary Centre that is always so welcoming and friendly. Every time I’ve had an issue with the app et cetera, she is patient and understanding.
