Hi Andrew,
I'm very sorry about the delay, we tried to complete the repairs as soon as possible, and to avoid inconvenience returned one of the garments as soon as it was ready.
I'm afraid repairs can take a little longer than normal dry cleaning and we have to debit the charges before proceeding, as I'm sure you can understand, given the nature of the service.
I will contact you separately to discuss this further.

The Laundry delivery man went the extra mile by bringing my large order up to my flat on the 19th floor and bringing into the aprtment.

Efficient turnaround time and Good deals
I've been using Laundry Republics for years. They've been very efficient picking up, cleaning and dropping back. And i like they have Bed items and other deals to save us money on set items. It saves me quite a sum of money in the long run.
