Easy to place order and return on time
Easy to place order and even though sometimes there might be a delay in picking up the item from my building, but they always return the items on time as stated when ordering. Items came back clean and ironed with individual covers.

Great from start to finish. Pick up and drop off were seamless, on-time, and the team did a great job. Relieved that I no longer need to drag suits back and forth from the dry-cleaner!

Hi Andrew,
I'm very sorry about the delay, we tried to complete the repairs as soon as possible, and to avoid inconvenience returned one of the garments as soon as it was ready.
I'm afraid repairs can take a little longer than normal dry cleaning and we have to debit the charges before proceeding, as I'm sure you can understand, given the nature of the service.
I will contact you separately to discuss this further.
