For the sake of fairness, I wanted to say that the team at LR has demonstrated their ability and willingness to get to the bottom of a complicated situation and track/locate the clothing items which (due to what looks like a pure chance) have been misplaced and keep me updated on the progress, I appreciate it. As regards the dry cleaning service at LR, it has always been excellent.

The prices are adequate, the service prompt and the results have me returning weekly. I've very pleased and the pickups as well as drop-offs have been very polite in handovers.
