5 Stars – Extremely Convenient Service
I give 5 stars because I find this service incredibly convenient. Our family shares an apartment where we stay for a few days at a time—my brother, my sister, and my children. I love that all we have to do is drop off the sheets with the concierge, and when one of us arrives, we just pick them up freshly cleaned from the same place. It’s really practical.
The sheets are always clean. Sometimes the folding isn’t perfect, but since we mainly use the service for washing bed linens, it’s more than good enough. I’ve never had clothes cleaned, so I can’t give my opinion on that.
Overall, it’s an excellent service that makes life easier!

They lost my fine Italian suit trousers
LaundryRepublic lost my fine Italian suit trousers after cleaning them, and instead returned seven white shirts belonging to someone else! They did collect those shirts eventually, but I’m now left with an incomplete suit I can’t wear.
Despite being a regular customer since 2022, LaundryRepublic only offered a paltry £50 in credit—far less than the cost of replacing the entire suit and paying for new tailoring. Instead of resolving the problem reasonably, they’ve forced me to pursue a Section 75 claim and serve a Notice Before Action. Next stop: Small Claims Court to recover the cost of a new suit.
If they had any business sense, they would have replaced my trousers (or covered the suit) and kept a loyal customer. Instead, they’ve demonstrated a complete lack of customer care and basic responsibility.
Buyer beware: if they lose your clothes, you’re probably stuck with a token credit that won’t come close to covering your losses.

Brilliant Collection Service for Laundry
It is a brilliant service for busy people. Cleaning garments and making small repairs, collected from our building and returned within a few days. The garments look like new and the repairs were expertly done. They even tackle shirts or one off duvet and bedding cleaning.

Never again will trust them with my garment
Ruined a £300 Givenchy shirt which clearly said on the label "Iron inside out". Took the shirt for a week with the promise of repairing it. Then, offered a £50 credit as compensation. If they think I will trust them ever again, they are most mistaken.
Update: They offered me £282 in store credit with the condition that I would remove my reviews.
