Excellent service w cleaning error
I was impressed with the good customer service communication and follow through with Dan of customer service. It is one thing for customer service to be good with minor complaints but when it comes to a larger ticket item some places falter. He asked relevant questions and did not shirk from providing a reasonable remedy. Very good business. Thank you Dan.

The issue has been resolved.
Update: I got a reply from the customer service. They have found my blouse, and the issue has been resolved. Despite the experience this time, since the customer service team is nice, I trust Laundry Republic and I will use this service again.

It's an easy and efficient service that provides clean laundered or dry-cleaned clothes and bedding returned in an impeccable condition.
Laundry Republic provide their own bags with your own customer ID tag and QR code so that nothing needs to be labelled or listed.
Just drop it off and it comes back in a few days.
