This company uses AI to generate fake reviews. The product images are also AI-generated, and the actual items received do not match what was shown. Moreover, they do not allow returns or refunds.

I bought a dress from Leely hoping to wear to a wedding and paid £86 in total. It was absolutely awful! I would give this less than 1 star if I could. The quality was so bad it felt worse than items of Shein (and yet a lot more expensive) there were no labels or anything in the dress, and it felt really cheap and didn’t look like the pictures on the website. It had stitches that were already unthreaded and not sewn together properly. It was the worst quality, smelt weird and looked terrible. So I started the refund process which was also really poor. They kept trying to persuade me to keep the dress and not bother returning as it was complicated and will probably have logistical issues. The return also cost me a further £20 to send back! Do not buy from here, I found a lovely dress from Club London which came the next day looked lovely and felt great quality, and would have been so much easier to return if needed with a legitimate company! Learnt my lesson not to shop with non-reputable companies. Wish I had never bought anything from here, please save your money and buy elsewhere

Fraudulent company based in China!
DO NOT BUY - they don’t deliver and when you chase they give excuses like van caught fire!
If you cancel they deduct shipping/ handling fee - which is outrageous as nothing was received so a complete failure of their side of the sale and purchase.

They say 100pc refund but won’t admit it how much was deducted - so whole company is a ruse to extort money via admin cost for items they are not actually sending.

Needs a govt investigation into false businesses online - I’ve now spotted so many online platforms claiming to be based in Netherlands with a mbl number for customer service who chi isn’t real and return adrs in China!

I ordered a beautiful looking dress from this company, and because the website was a .UK one, I thought it was UK based so ordered in my usual size. The dress arrive and the sizing is entirely small in parts of the dress. I have emailed them asking to return for a refund for the price of the address and they said I can either have £7 back, a £57 voucher to purchase the same item or return at MY cost and they will consider a refund if the item is ok. The dress cost £85 so the £57 voucher doesn’t cover it and I needed the dress for this coming weekend. The company is based in China, not the UK so they are purposely misleading people. Avoid avoid avoid

Suit not as per website pictures. Makes it very hard to return goods. USA address. Royal Blue Velvet Suit size 12 ordered its more a size 6. Terrible quality. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The reviews are justified.

If I could give no stars I would, got a £96 dress from leely with postage it came it looked like a £10 cheap dress that was so small, asked for a refund they sent me an address to send back which cost another £25 to ship to America a month and a half later the joke of a dress is returned to me!!! they have faked an address to send it back to.... now they have ignored my messages!! Absolutely disgusting scam company avoid at all costs out of £120 for a £10 dress!

I ordered my wedding dress from Leely UK believing I was buying from a UK company. I only discovered afterwards that this was not the case. The branding is incredibly misleading.

The dress that arrived is of terrible quality and nothing like I expected. As a bride, I am absolutely devastated and would never wear it on my wedding day.

When I complained, I was offered just £6 to keep it or a voucher to buy another dress from the same company. The only other option was to pay to return it overseas at my own expense.

This is completely unacceptable. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I feel misled, out of pocket and extremely disappointed. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

If I could give a negative review in would. Fraudulent company operating from China despite .co.uk website. Dresses ordered are significantly different in size than what is advertised. Company refuse to accept returns, and when pushed will only allow goods to be returned to America at buyers expense. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I am disgusted. I ordered 2 dresses after it claimed to be a UK company. Then I had an email saying they are shipping from abroad and it would cost too much to send one back. I replied immediately, no response and asked for my money back within 24hours. I said don’t send the items I cancel my order. All online with their policy. I have heard nothing. I am devastated as the dresses were lovley looking but I fear they are a complete scam . Still no reply. I hope you do the right thing and refund my my money.

Dont order of this website its fake its been 5 week since i ordred a dress and still haven't got anything yet they keep saying its been deliverd but wont let know who there uk delivery is so i can find out were its been deliverd to

I ordered a suit in size XL (44) where the sleeves should be 26.5 inches but I received a 24" length. The sleeves were too short.
When I reported the issue that I received the wrong size, I was told that I had to send the suit back to the USA at my own expense, which is absolutely absurd because it was not my fault that I was sent the wrong size.
I was offered a partial refund and to keep the suit, but why would I need a suit that is too small? I sent it back yesterday. The shipping cost was £35. I opened PayPal case and I hope they will help me get my money back.
The only positive thing I can say is that the material and quality of the suit was really good. The only problem is that they have the wrong size chart on their website.
I do not recommend buying from them, another attempt to sell Chinese products on UK websites

Communication was excellent.
The dress arrived well within expected time frame .In fact it arrived well before the quoted delivery date. It is of good quality ,well made and fits perfectly apart from being too long, but that’s my fault .I thought I would need extra length but I didn’t . Only down side for me was packaging . For the money I’d spent I expected a box and my dress folded with tissue . It was crammed into a tiny plastic bag. The dress looks lovely on so I can forgive that.

If i could give them zero i would. I purchased an item and wanted to return due to the fit. The item took 4 weeks to arrive. I decided within 12 days to return. After sending an email requesting a refund they stated there return policy was 7 days. I sent them a screenshot of the return policy that was attached to my receipt, which stated I had 14 days to return. They ignored my request and proof and started they would not accept the return after 7 days. Avoid this company at all cost. They are not honest.

I have been unable to get a satisfactory refund on items ordered. I had checked their refund policy before ordering, but when I requested a return and refund they wanted the items posted to USA and the postage and customs costs are not covered, so it turns out to be an expensive process.

I really like the dress ordered, it arrived late but this was something communicated clearly in the estimated time when placed the order, it takes almost a month. The size I ordered coreaponds my size.

( she ordered a size 16 and the label clearly showed it was a 12 )she’s emailed the company loads of times and been put off by a useless customer service department
She’s been offered a discount to keep the dress
We’ve been asked to send pictures 3 times
Then we’re being told to pay extortionate amounts to return the dress
This company is just a total scam

If I could give a half star I would. Dress does not fit at all and I ordered a size up- way to tight in the rib/chest area. I was out of town when it finally arrived and couldn’t try it on for past the 7 days….yes 7 days is all you have to return it. They said that it was outside of their return policy so they will not credit me. Need to file a consumer complaint. This company is absurd.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! This is a scam. I ordered my daughter's prom dress. The delivery took forever and when the dress finally arrived (in a crumpled up small plastic bag) it looked nothing like on their website, the material was cheap and the fit absolutely awful. I tried to return it the next day but they make it impossible to return. Their return policy is a complete scam and in essence you cannot return unless you pay even more money (and also pay for shipping the dress to the US!). Absolute scammers.

Shocking experience. My husband bought me a dress that doesn’t fit me or suit me. When trying to return, we were offered ridiculously low amounts rather than sending it back. Postage both ways was extortionate and completely at out cost. When reaching out to the company, nothing was offered to rectify the situation, just referred to the returns policy and chat closed in the middle of my reply. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Please do not use this company.

Complete scam company - AVOID!
Their practices are illegal according to UK law.
Returns having to be sent to the US at my expense - not declared up-front on the site.
The site asked for date of my event at time of ordering but it turned up a week later, too late and cheap fabric, they offer me 30% refund to keep it or supposedly full refund if I send it to the US, which to do tracked and signed will cost me almost as much as 70% of the dress price.
Please someone in government, ban this company from trading in the UK and save others from this appalling situation
