After placing the order it took some time for the item to be dispatched. Upon emailing the company I was informed it would take 10-14 working days to dispatch my item even though on the website it said 5-10 working days when I ordered. Given the business this company is catering to I felt their customer service could have taken on a more caring tone in their response to my enquiry as may be a very sensitive subject for many of their customers

Customer service very helpful.
The item I ordered was not suitable so I needed to return it. I spoke with customer services who advised me how to do this and I received my refund and also a refund for the postage.

Very pleased with my purchase. Customer services were helpful. I have given my review 4 stars as I would have liked my urn sooner & didn’t realise it came from Germany.

Ordered an urn for my late mother, on the 13th of January, I left it until the 28th of February to contact them. They sent the urn out on the 1st of March, after I contacted them.
So my poor mother has been in the funeral home to be picked up, because of their incompetence!
Not even an apology or acknowledgement either.

Delivery was quicker then expected,
Quality is perfect.

All good, it took like a week for the delivery but it was exactly the urn I was looking for. Well packed, easy to put the ashes into, nice to display.

I am very pleased with the piece I chose, I also ordered the filler kit all instructions were enclosed to make things simple. Good communication throughout the whole process. Highly recommended.

Delivery service is very slow, first item sent normal post, no tracking and got lost in the post, asked for a replacement to be sent out urgently. It was posted on 5th December and we won't get it until the 12th, that's not good enough!!

Beautiful well made product - the photograph did not do it justice - white was not as bright and it has a lovely matt finish, very tactile. A ceramic piece that graces the lounge.

Great customer service, we had called after hours and received a call back the following morning. Kept informed about the progress of the order and delivery. Delivered within the timescales indicated in the catalogue (within a week).

I purchased the photoframe which was damaged a bit at the back when arrived. Customer Service were quick to respond offering replacement or refund. However I opted for discount as needed frame.

The person was delighted with the sentiment of this gift.
I would say a bit steep in price for the photoframe but worth the persons reaction.

I bought the heart keepsake for my husbands ashes.
It came well packed however I’m not sure if the plastic worms used are recycleable, maybe more sustainable packaging could be used.
In the box was the keepsake, the stand, a travel pouch, a little candle and a card with some comforting words written.
The keepsake has a hole in the back with a very, I mean very sturdy seal that’s screws in and it was very easy to pour the ashes in.
The keepsake looks lovely on its stand on the shelf and I’m very pleased with it.
