The format allows me to create a list of important topics off to the side or an outline of next steps. The paper weight is heavy enough that I’m not concerned about bleed through as I flip the page, yet not so thick that it feels like cover stock.

My experience with their customer services have been minimal and that is the way it is supposed to be. We can forget this simple fact. When we make our purchases, we should not be worrying about a "What if...?" scenario. The quality should be there. If it isn't, then you are shopping at the wrong store. I think Levenger is the Right place to shop for the things they have to offer. That says enough.

I haven´t received everything I ordered. I also bought Circa Refill Quintet, but it wasn´t in the parcel.
