Recently ordered outdoor lights which took about 3 weeks ish to arrive…. no big deal, they must be very busy after their Facebook promotion. Be patient people! Excellent quality lights, so much better than the ones you get from the likes of B&Q. The UK standard plug fits perfectly into my outdoor socket. Can’t wait for it to get dark! I would definitely recommend this company and I might even buy some more.

Stay clear of this Company, I can absolutely vouch you should avoid this Company at all costs. They will send you polite emails and string you along but still waiting for the lights to arrive (3 weeks later). Today I have asked for a full refund with no response.

Somethings going wrong here. Loads of positive reviews until the last few weeks. For me its been 2 weeks on and still no sign of delivery. Best steer clear

I placed an order at the beginning of June for lights to be delivered before the 1st of July

They have still not arrived I have had some contact with the support team but the situation is still not resolved I have asked them to contact me to resolve the matter and select a different product but I'm still waiting I will never use this company again absolute joke.

This is an updated review! Initially we were a little too quick to give a poor customer service review. We had an issue with delivery and we were unable to contact lighting legends immediately. We should have been patient and given them time to reply and sort the problem. After a couple of emails they went over and above to ensure that our lights arrived in time. The quality of the product is excellent and the lights look fabulous so much so we’ve ordered some more! Thanks for all your help!

Great lights and great service. I've seen others complaining about lack of delivery info etc, but I have to say we had no issues and having measured up beforehand I knew exactly the amount of extension I needed from the outdoor socket to the start of the lights. My advice to anyone would be do some prep work before you order so you know exactly what you need. I had the lights up and fitted to a cable line which I also installed in about 3 hours all told and they look great, no need for an electrician or anyone else.

Not good enough same issue as the previous couple of reviews saying with courier but the tracking says they have not received it ans I have not got it still very poor !

Poor service. Said it was fast delivery. Still not here. Had to request a refund let's see how long that takes. Will not be ordering from here again.

As described was what was received, look heavy duty easy to install ( as long as you’ve planned in outdoor sockets )

Thoroughly delighted with these lights, but more than anything impressed by the rapid and helpful customer support service who answered my 'issue' overnight on a Saturday. Some of the lights didn't seem to work but this was recitified by screwing them in unexpectedly tightly.
The connectivity for two or more strings is straightforward.
Excellent all round.

The lights are very robust and well packaged,the lights look fab in my yard. I would recommend to anyone. They are not the cheap flimsy lights you sometimes get on line, I love them 😍

Have to say, I never leave reviews but have to highlight and recommend this company. My lights turned up well packaged, on time and I installed the lights around my garden in 20 minutes. Very easy set up and I am very happy with the final result. Thank you very much lighting legends you are!

Very beautiful festive lights and excellent after sales service! One bulb was not working initially but customer service explained how to fix it and now working perfectly! Enhances our garden. About to order another set!!

They don't accept PayPal - that's all you need to know.
They don't accept PayPal because PayPal gives you a solid layer of consumer protection which they don't want you to have because they sell utter JUNK.
I was stupid enough to buy some "heavy duty" string lights from them. First time I plugged them in, they worked after some adjustments.
But when we actually wanted to use them they tripped every single electric circuit we tried.
I returned them - at my own expense due to their awful returns policy, they said they would have them inspected by an electrician. They didn't do that, of course. Instead they said they plugged in the lights and they work and so they would send them back to me.

What an absolute joke! I will be seeking legal counsel as they claim their goods are covered by a 12-month warranty as well.

Alot of companies could learn alot about customer care from Lighting Legends!! Will definitely order from them again and recommend them as one of the best companies I've had the pleasure of ordering from. The delivery time is SUPERFAST too!! 👍

Great product. Bought one set which were really good. Ordered some more and there was an issue with the courier service. Customer services were excellent, kept me informed and send a replacement when it was obvious the courier had lost the original.

You’ll find less expensive lights but if you want quality, you’re in the right place. I’ve installed 30 mtrs in my newly (ok, lockdown..) refurbished garden and they look fantastic. They extend the time we can enjoy our garden, and whilst the days are short, this is a real boost. Excellent all round.
