This company claims to be “one of the UK's leading luxury bathroom and bath fittings suppliers”. Well to make a claim like that I think a minimum requirement would be to pay attention detail and provide exemplary customer service. I experienced neither.

After ordering one of their seemingly splendid “luxury” flush plates (“Compatible with Living House Cisterns only” (i.e. the widely available mid-price European brand Oli) it turned up with a horrible Oli logo engraved on it. The images show a refined and simple logo free plate. Now some people like logos, but many people do not and at the very least the images shown on the website should accurately reflect the product you should receive. The images show the plates with no logos. Send it back for a refund? Well not if your builder has already installed the cistern and you are left with having to source another plate.

Response from Living House was to offer me an alternative plate. Which is not really the point. You spend much time sourcing products for a renovation and the design you want, not approximations and compromises. What really gets my goat is that there was absolutely no acknowledgment or explanation as to why product images on their website do not match the actual product you receive. To make matters worse, the misrepresented images of the plates are still on their site weeks after my emails to them. Not good.

Hey, I know, why don’t you come over and rip out my cistern so I can fit a genuinely nice plate with an a accommodating cistern and pay for having the mosaic tiling redone?

I ordered a towel radiator from them and it took 12 weeks to arrive. 6 weeks longer than quoted. And for the last 4 weeks of those I kept being told that it will be on its way in a few days. Always giving me a different of why it’s late.
Then when it finally arrived, it was faulty!
I’m so so angry. They’ve wasted so much of my time and energy and actually cost me money.
Apparently this not usual for them, but looks like they have no idea how to deal with it when it does happen. At no point throughout that 12 weeks of waiting did a manager get in touch with me, even though I’ve asked to speak to one a few times, or did they offer even the tiniest of discounts for the inconvenience. They just hid behind the young sales assistants. Who, to be fair, we’re really pleasant and polite.
And that is literally the only good thing I can say about this company.
When you pay 1.2K for a towel radiator you’d expect a service and product to match.
I will never, ever, shop with these guys again.

I can not fault Living House on their customer service or quality of their products. The offer an exceptional range of products at very reasonable prices.
Speaking to them post-purchase they were both helpful and professional. I'll be visiting them again when we need to renovate another bathroom.

Product quality is top notch. Price is expensive but the end product is really good. Delivery is fast too.

We purchased a toilet and concealed cistern from this company. They were not cheap, but we are delighted with the quality of the products. The after sales service provided by Ray was excellent. We would happily shop here again.
