Ordering from the start was easy and I received an email the same day to advise of the delivery time for my glass. Day before delivery I had a call from the courier just to double check everything was still ok for them to deliver and the glass turned up well packed and in one piece! Now all working well and looking great in our wet room bathroom.

WimTec Automatic Flushing and Wall Hung Toilet System
Livinghouse provided immediate quotes and delivery times (more than reasonable - 2 weeks!) for the (Austrian) WimTec wall-hung toilet system and also the WimTec electronic automatic flushing detector and actuating system (Flush Plate). Simon Hayter kept me informed throughout the ordering and delivery. Although I thought that I only needed the Flush Plate, Simon pointed out that I needed a matching power supply and provided it; very helpful. The goods arrived well-packaged and complete. With WimTec being less than helpful, I can confidently recommend Livinghouse totally.

Also, when making the booking I specifically asked for the item to be left at reception when delivered. Your delivery team just left the package on the street by the door instead.
