Service and product were great
Service and product were great. Delivery driver probably the worst ever... moaned about the weight, slammed the bath around and when my builders tried to help he became super aggressive. And confrontational. Product great partners as poor as can be

I needed a replacement Part
I needed a replacement Steam Shower Control Panel. I was put in touch with the Technical Person who gave great advice and installation tips. The spare part was received promptly. Very good service.

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. Sheila from sales team is an absolute angel and went out of her way to help us. We needed shower screens quickly and she was on it straight away with amazing can do attitude. Ordered on Friday delivered Monday. Can’t ask for more than that. Would highly recommend this company.

This is a personable bespoke service dealing with knowledgeable people in what I learned to be a family business - IE they care about their customers.
The highest-end fixtures and fittings at fair prices - definitely my go-to supplier now for all things bathrooms.

Good Personal service
Good Personal service, spoke to these guys on the phone and found them very amiable and knowledgable with the products they supply. Also very happy with the product. The Italian design brass taps are not cheap to buy but the good news is the quality is there and I feel confident buy from Living House after our phone conversation.
