Phishing emails and texts?

Sent a 'no-reply' email out of the blue asking for personal financial information and ID documents. Tone was hectoring: 'you'll need to', 'mandatory' WITHIN 5 DAYS', 'TO AVOID DELAYS'. After 5 days they threaten you with a mailed letter if you don't drop everything and respond by 10pm.I usually report this type of badly written email urging immediate action as phishing. Is it? Or is this merely an unprofessional company? I had to contact my broker to check. Then they sent multiple texts to my mobile phone when I have not provided the number or authorized them to use it. My phone is advising their texts are spam and should be blocked. And no, I'm not "calling you to discuss". You are supposed to offer good CX and platform UX: i.e. you call me when you don't! This company does not reflect well on the lenders and solicitors that use them and I would choose a solicitor that did NOT use LMS over one that did - any day.

Poor it experience …

They sent email to log on to track my account. This would not work and gave error message. I rang the help number the assistant after trying to reset passwords could not fix the issue and had to revert to sending the questionnaire by post. Wasted two hours to get nowhere and stressed as they say this has to be filled in by today.

I had a fantastic customer experience from start to finish. The portal was good to download documents; there was always someone available to explain if I wasn’t sure.
