Nice idea, very poor execution
This system seems simply to multiply processes involved in remortgaging. I attempted to use the LMS Validate process only to learn that my validation hadn't been accepted, with no reason given and no possibility of re-uploading offending documents. The photo ID element was particularly poor: it takes a photo without telling the user where their face should be on the screen or what ratio should be used until after the photo is taken. No option for retaking a photo is given. All in all, a nice idea, but very poorly executed. Want to complain? The covering letter says: "If you remain dissatisfied please contact me on . "

Very professional and on time with everything. Where we were slow in doing our part they were quick to give a nudge by sending a reminder. The use of tracking our progress App is a brilliant idea. Helped us keep up to date and get th8ngs done.

After reading some reviews
After reading some reviews, I had concerns about the company and their timescales. However, my case was processed efficiently and quickly. One issue was the number of duplicate emails and text messages received by both my partner and me, as well as the request for information to be sent electronically and in paper form.
