Customer service is excellent
Customer service is excellent. They do their best to accommodate, assist customers, and have good knowledge of instruments on display. The musical instruments for sale is quality. It’s always a good experience whenever I shop at this music store.

Called before ordering
Called before ordering from interstate, the gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful with recommendations.
Ordered Friday midday, instrument was sent that day and delivered on the Monday.
Great service, best price I could find Australia wide, $500 cheaper… extremely fast shipping!

Excellent range, service and prices!
Dante was great to deal with, very helpful with decisions on setup of a new Gibson SG Standard.
Both he and Chris gave me time to make my choice and have been great to communicate with before and after the sale.
