Good Experiences
I have used LGS for strings and music a few times and generally had good experiences. My most recent order initially failed to arrive but they handled it quickly.

We are very sorry that your initial order was not delivered but hopefully once you had contacted us we sent out a replacement and everything was resolved. We use Royal Mail and usually they are fine but occasionally things do go astray. Just get in touch if your order doesn't turn up as expected. Many thanks for the kind feedback, LGS.
They made a mistake for my order
They made a mistake for my order. I got sent a whole set instead of only the trebles which I ordered.

Thanks for the feedback, we didn't have just the trebles in stock so instead we sent you a full set for the same cost, there was no extra charge and we wrote this on the receipt in the package. Sorry for the inconvenience but we thought having some string was preferable to waiting for just the trebles. Thanks, LGS.

In terms of the item; D’addario strings, although I appreciate this may be out of the sellers control, I miss the option to purchase multi-pack strings.

Wide choice of classical strings and great customer service
London Guitar Studio has a very good selection of strings for classical guitar, I was able to order Knobloch Erithacus strings I was unable to source elsewhere. Unfortunately there was an issue with Royal Mail, and the strings didn't arrive. However when I contacted London Guitar Studio they sent out replacements immediately and without quibble. I can't fault the customer service, and will definitely use them again.
