I had heard a lot of positives things about Love it Book it , prior to contacting them to book the Asia Cruise in Spring 2028.

The member of staff I spoke to Matthew Hawkins , was well informed , with excellent knowledge about the trip and booking details and left me feeling as I was in the hands of a good and friendly company , i received confirmation of the trip within an hour , Would highly recommend .

Olivia at love it book it was extremely helpful during my recent calls to love it book it. She also helped me with our current cruise booking question about specialty dining.

Having seen Loveitbook it on cruise tv , I enquired about an escorted tour to Australia.
I spoke to a Matthew Hawkins, who was very knowledgeable and looked into various options for me to consider.
Over the Bank Holiday weekend I emailed Matthew, thinking it would be picked up on the Tuesday morning.
I was surprised to get a phone call from Matthew within minutes of sending it.
He again looked into flight times for my wife and I and I was able to book a tour over that weekend.
I was surprised staff were working over the Bank Holiday weekend, but must thank Matthew and the company for their excellent service.
The tour is booked and all the details were emailed to me on the Tuesday.

Got it spot on again, booked with them last 2 years, booked with them for 2027 (still got us a great deal), already looking too see what they have for 2028, dealt with Natalie and John and they're both 🌟 🌟 🌟 's....

I corresponded first with Mark who replied quickly. on following up a few days later Mark was away and John took up the slack. He was very helpful, answered a few tricky question and guided my though the booking. It was all done complete and and to our satisfaction. Thank you John.

I've booked 3 cruises with them now and the service has been brilliant. They explain everything and confirm this is correct before accepting booking. Prices are great value. You get to see what you're booking the ship, the ports etc not just pictures in a brochure. The free drinks, WiFi, dining etc make it excellent value for money.
