From first inquiry, right up to myself and my wife, Olivia has been very helpful and professional in answering any questions we asked her with the minimum of fuss.

I booked a Cruise today with Becky & she was so helpful from start to finish.
She explained everything that was included in the Cruise & talked me through the itinerary & answered all my questions I had.
This is only our 2nd Cruise & both times we have booked with LoveItBookIt & will do in the future.

Just booked Canada and Alaska with Olivia , 4 of us , she was very helpful and got all the information for us , (we all had lots of questions, ) up graded at different stages and able to add nights on too .

I had the pleasure of booking my next cruise holiday with LoveitBookit on Saturday. I requested a call back and within 5 minutes, Olivia returned my
call and took the time to answer very professionally all my concerns and questions. She found me different flights than advertised and delt with all my requirements. It is a refreshing change to deal with a polite, courteous and professional company.

This was the first time using LoveitBookit. They’d been recommended by a friend. The cruise is great value - cheaper than other companies. John Hull was very helpful and knowledgeable, he advised us on the best cabin and went through the whole itinerary with us. Very easy booking process over the phone and they are quick to respond to emails.

Having used LoveitBookit before, we expected a good service when we called to book a new cruise. However Becky was exceptional, very patient as we were trying to choose between two itineraries. She talked us through each one, clarifying the key differences, especially when we got a bit confused! All in all a great customer service experience.

booked a hawain cruise noticed after a while that loveitbookit had put my wife's name down incorrectly. contacted loveitbookit to correct this...took about 3 weeks to correct, got to Manchester airport and was told one of the flight had her name wrong. Managed to get this corrected 5mins b4 gate closed. In total they had her name incorrect on 3 docs (all different errors) and they had photos of passports...they have offered £200 off next holiday, keep it never again!!!
