I have appreciated Love's over the years for their clean rest rooms, dog parks (or areas), and great coffee, to name a few things. I now have another reason. The Love's outside Davenport, IA was my last stop before arriving home in Illinois. Once home, I couldn't find the spare set of car keys, so I called Lowe's to see if keys had been turned in. Cory was so helpful in that search, and while she was hunting, of course I found them in the no-man's-land between the passenger seat and the center console. Her helpfulness was noteworthy, and I thank her!

During my trip through Armadillo, TX, I had the misfortune of driving through a winter storm with one tire with mild low pressure.

When I reached the gas station here and attempted to to use the air pump, the pressure got lower.

I kindly asked for their assistance in this matter.

They mentioned that due to liability matters, they could not come out and help, which I understand.

However, when I approached the manager, he said quite BLUNTLY, that he will NOT come out, and that it is "NOT MY PROBLEM." He continued on in talking down to me, like I am some idiot and left me to figure it out on my own.

Thankfully roadside assistance was called by me later and they not only helped with the tire pressure, but were also rather professional in their tasks.

The manager of that gas station could afford a MAJOR attitudinal adjustment.... BADLY.

I stopped at the loves in north St Louis city to grab some lunch. When I got to what I thought was the checkout line I asked the guy in front of me if he was in line or security. I noticed he had ear buds in so I tapped him on his shoulder and asked him again. He then only said look down for him, I seen his gun and I apologized and asked him again. He said for a second time to look down again, I told him I seen his gun the first time and moved on. The lady behind me asked him the same question and he responded to her with "I'm tired of people asking me that question". I sent an email to loves to address the problem to which they have not responded which tells me they don't care what their customers think.

No overnight parking. They posted a yellow threat on everyone's windshield warning they planned on towing us. When they put one on my windshield, they broke my windshield wiper. The manager denied any wrong doing and refused to replace what they broke.

The customer service woman was excellent! So nice and helped me a lot!! Hopefully she will see this. We are at loves rv in Bakersfield and I called the 1800 number. Loves customer service on the phone was excellent!!

I had work done on 3/12/2025. It's currently 3/14/2025 and I still haven't received my points yet. Loves said they received payment but would take at least 72 hours before I would get my points. Unacceptable. Y should we have to wait for being such loyal customers. Not cool.

Superior Customer Service. A Professional, Hospitable and Courteous Staff. The General Manager (Garrett Gremminger) does an exceptional job. He goes out of his way to ensure the Location is top notch. His Customer Service and Professionalism is superior to General Managers at other Truck Service Centers that I have been to throughout the Country.

I went to the Loves on 2931 E. Gila Ridge Rd. And I had such a courtesy employee named Ms. Sharon she was super nice and talked to me and made eye contact which I find very respectful. Thank you for your service Ms. Sharon.

Loves belen,nm changed my oil,didn't have 2 of the fuel filters only water seperator did the pm anyway.when it was time to start truck wouldn't start,emissions light came on threw diagnostic code for prime fuel system before starting.the tech said I needed a parked regen.worst place I've been in 23 years as a owner op

I’ve been to many loves and they’re decent, but this is particularly for the loves and Indianola, MS.
This place is a nightmare from the shop to the diesel and especially the parking, they have more than a dozen drop trailers on a regular basis and if that’s not it, they have the locals who use this place as private parking so bad as to they leave their vehicles and hold spots and I’ve seen this over a period of months and months when I did a special project so this review is on point and extremely valid ….
They’re usually out of stock of something and if you wanna clean your windshield outside, they have a squeegee, but it’s only water …
The showers in the bathrooms are clean. I’ll give it that, but that’s the best you’re gonna get.

Friday, January 3, 2025, my 5 year old son, 10 month old puppy, and myself were driving home to KC from Minnesota. After passing many stops through Des Moines I choose to stop at Loves Travel Station #411 off of Hickman road in Clive, Iowa. We used the very clean facilities and grabbed a couple drinks and went back to our car to hit the road. That’s where my trouble began. My car wouldn’t start. I was also parked in the 1 hour parking located directly in front of the store. My son and I walked in to inform the employees that we were stuck and not sure what to do. That’s where we met the most helpful and kindest women, Billy. I did not know at the time that she was the General Manager. But she jumped into action right away. She offered her help in the freezing cold to try and jumpstart my car. When that failed she then found a local truck mechanic to try and help me out. That also failed. My husband was in Minnesota making his way to us but still over 4 hours away. Billy was very persistent on us coming in, even our puppy, to stay warm. She offered us hot cocoa and a warm area to sit and gave us the remote to the tv. My problem was the puppy, he was hard to handle inside the store and I didn’t want us to cause any problems for them. I decided to go sit in the car. We had a couple blankets and a heated scarf and my son, pup, and I were making the best of it. During the time, I didn’t realize that Billy had been watching out for us the entire time. She had come out and checked on us. Offering each time for us to come in. I declined and that last time she and another employee brought us out hot cocoa and a huge warm blanket. I can tell you from experience that the blankets they sell are worth buying! At one point Billy came out and had contacted her boyfriend to try and help us. Unfortunately my car ended up being towed across the street to the Jeep dealership to be fixed. This whole experience was awful to be in and being women with child was nerve wrecking enough. But thanks to Billy and her boyfriend my son and I were as comfortable as we could be for our situation. When my husband finally arrived Billy had already left to go home for the day. Her boyfriend stayed with us until my husband arrived. That was also very comforting. We tried to pay for the cocoa and blankets even after Billy had left and she had already informed the employees of our situation and told them not to take any money for the items she brought us! I will never be able to repay these wonderful people for their kindness. But I can give Billy and her travel station an great review. I can say from experience that this Loves Travel Station is top notch when it come to caring for their customers. I gave them 5 stars and that’s not even enough! Thank you Billy for caring so much for us and our safety! I will always carry you in my thoughts!

I travel all around the United State for work in my Pro Master and a 21 ft RV which fits in 2 spaces. I always stop at Loves for gas and sometimes park overnight take a shower get breakfast and coffee in the morning just like all the truck drivers do. Loves is RV friendly they provide a hook up for RVs, water and dumping at some locations. This is why I always do business there when I travel.

This location the manager banged on my door 6:30 in the morning complaining I was taking up his parking. I walked out the door and there was lots vacant overnight parking even at 6:30 in morning. Really Rude!!!! He needs a huge attitude adjustment towards is costumers. Location Yuma Arizona.

What a piece of shit company that would charge people $2.00 for a sheet of paper and some ink. That's right they charge $2.00 to make a copy, so they're just ripping you off. Don't know how they buy there paper, but just look at it this way, for a pack of copy of 500 sheets they making a $1,000 dollars off of a $20.00 pack of paper. What a piece of shit place. Hopefully karma will get them in one way or the other. You deserve to be ripped off because of you ripping off people.

I wanted to work at Loves after a caring manager returned my lost bag on a road trip and sent it back untouched. So I used his name as a reference and thought that would help me get a timely interview and maybe a nice job at my local Loves store. I applied and then maybe 3 1/2 months later I had already given up but then got the phone call and could I come in for the interview and I said it had taken too long and it wasn't the work for me anyway and a few hours later I got their standard snarky "no-reply allowed" rejection letter. But I rejected the Loves interview. Someone decided I had to be "put in my place" nonetheless. Made me SO GLAD I "moved on" FIRST! LOL. SHAME ON THAT PLACE. They lost a good employee in me by showing me how little they cared. My advice..want a nice employee-conscious job?...pass this one by.

Went to desk to purchase 160.00 of tobacco products told her the side on counter was previously paid for she gave me nasty attitude and argued I then asked for my tobacco products after she said she had none so I showed her that there was what I needed in the vet place she was looking and to go back and get it got complete attitude from her total mouth and rude v comments and here I’m giving you 160.00 off my Dolores for your product and absolutely horrible attitude toward me if you have no respect for your customers maybe you should go home we do not deserve to be treated like shit we’re bringing our money in your door and providing you a chance to have employment extreme rude behavior store 660 walsenburg co

Loves Travel Stop #467 in Ft. Pierce is where I got my oil change this morning and Francisco was very knowledgeable and nice. They were able to get me right in and they did a good job. Francisco showed leadership and good communication skills. I will stop at that store everytime I come through south Florida.
