Luvele (UK) Limited Avis 

Bought the 2L Yogurt Pure Plus specifically to do L. Reuteri yogurt. It is a nice design and does not take up too much space on my kitchen counter. I had some initial concerns about the temperature differences between the top and bottom of the yogurt, but after consultation with customer services at Luvele, these were solved when I obtained jars that normally come with the Pure model They are lower and fit the Pure plus as well.
I was astonished at the lengths their customer service would go to assure my satisfaction.

I’m very happy with my Luvele yogurt maker 4-cup ( LPYM300WUK) and thrilled with my purchase. They shipped it the day I placed my order, and DPD delivered it the next day. Making my first batch of yogurt was simple – the device is very user-friendly, with straightforward temperature and timer controls.

However, I placed a second order for an additional set of 4 cups for future batches. Although they shipped this order the same day, Luvele chose Royal Mail as the courier this time. Now I’m left waiting for my items with one of the least reliable delivery companies, and I wish there had been an option to choose my preferred courier.

For this reason, I’m rating Luvele three stars. Great companies should work with great delivery partners. Customer experience is influenced by every stage of the process, including delivery, and an option to select a preferred courier, even at an additional cost, would make a big difference.

The support team contacted me and said, 'We hope to make choosing a courier company available in the future, so I'm changing my rating from 3 to 5 because the product and the team deserve it. No delivery company is perfect for everyone, but as customers, we are not the customers of Royal Mail, DPD, or any other courier company; we are the customers of the company we paid. Therefore, companies should give us options to choose from.

Great services from Luvele and the vacuum containers are in a class of their own and have completely transformed our meal prep. Cook, place into the Luvele containers, cool, vacuum and refrigerate. Then unseal, heat and eat! Saves so much time and washing up! Looking forward to getting many years of use!

Luvele provided excellent customer service for my Pure Plus Yoghurt Maker. Postage was very efficient, as were responses to any questions I had regarding the product. I received some really helpful advice and tips on the best timing and recipes to use. I am also able to find plenty of inspiration on the Luvele website. It is always such a satisfying experience making my own yoghurt, not to mention that it tastes delicious!

Good results every time. Unlike a cheaper competitor that I have used, your product gives accurate temperature control, as I have checked using a kitchen thermometer, and that makes all the difference.

Great products and customer service. I'm a returning customer and will keep buying more of their airtight containers. Great quality and better than other competitor products which I've bought in the past.

Although I've only recently discovered Luvele I can't fault them at all. Proud owner of a vacuum sealer and food dehydrator. Quality of both items and ease of use is remarkable. Once orders have been placed they are dispatched within 24 hours and the customer service team have also been really responsive to any queries and are very polite and happy to help.

I was VERY impressed with the service from Luvele. Firstly I didn't think the spares would be available and they were, the part I needed was sensibly priced and when it arrived it came along in a kit containing ALL the parts of the grinding mechanism. Add to that the friendly, helpful and prompt service I received the only word for it is fantastic.

Tim (in particular) and the team an Luvele are incredibly helpful. They went extremely out of their way to help me out when I'd made a small mistake.

They sent a spare part out to fix a problem and they were very efficient in doing so.

Not to mention the blender itself, it's extremely good and blends stuff to a super smooth consistency. Not actually joking when I say this, but Smoothies have never been the same honestly!! It's worth spending the money with this company, as you get a solid warranty and the blender works exactly as it should.

I bought the Luvele Food Sealer Pro. Deluxe: Parcel speedily turned up, and was excellently packed, everything solid, safe and secure.
The Food Sealer Pro. Deluxe is a well made, well presented - looks smart - quality piece of kit. It is easy and straightforward to use. I bought it for my wife as a Christmas gift and she loves it, (first on the post-Boxing Day agenda was x8 turkey flans. No surprise there). This product will certainly be put to the test this year, with the storing and freezing of raw meat and game joints, homemade sausage, corned beef, pressed tongue etc. the list is endless. But so far we are very happy with its quality and performance. I intend to use Luvele for any future kitchen equipment we may need.

Best customer service I have ever had and their products are amazing. We have used the dehydrators for several years now and I can definitely recommend it.

A very powerful blender, I have the power-pulse 2200W version. A slightly older model. However, I sadly broke the jug one day and got in contact with Luvele and they sorted me out with not just 1 but 2 replacement jugs! (For the price of 1)

Great bit of kit, only used it once, still got all my fingers!

I bought the Luvele Ultimate Electric Meat Grinder to grind chicken and heart to make home-made raw food for my cats. This machine easily handled the meat (even the heart which is quite tough and a lot more dense than flesh). It is considerably quieter than other grinders I've had in the past and there's no need to 'secure' the cats before I turn it on. For anyone who is health conscious (humans and pets) I would recommend to mince your own meat and make your own sausages/burgers etc.. No hidden ingredients and you can guarantee the quality of the meat being used. This is so easy to clean too; rinse it immediately, hand wash, and what I do is a 30 minute soak in Milton's sterlising tablets.
