I lost one of my Pandora charms and needed to replace it, I couldn't find one on the Pandora website and came across Luxe.
I ordered the charm and received it within a few days!

My order was delivered quickly within the promised timescale. I ordered 3 bracelets for presents and they were all delivered in lovely boxes with the Hugh Rice name on them. They looked very classy and expensive!

I’m not convinced it’s genuine Pandora… the bag is flimsy - no box. No mention of Pandora on the bracelet…. Can you convince me?

Brilliant service
This was the first time I had bought from this company and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I found a Pandora item I couldn't find elsewhere and in the end bought two pandora items. Each came with a nice pouch and gift bag. The order arrived very quickly. Brilliant service.

Pandora purchase from Lux by Hugh Rice
I was impressed with all aspects of the service. The item was dispatched within the time frame and arrived sooner than expected. The presentation and gift bags were lovely and unexpected.
I would definitely buy from this jewellers again and they are highly recommended.

I visited Luxe in Beverley on Monday…
I visited Luxe in Beverley on Monday July 1st to buy some Pandora items as presents for my future daughter-in-law I was served by a lovely lady called Millie. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I bought one bracelet and two necklaces.
