Lyco Group Ltd. Avis 

I purchased 4 lights and paid for them expected them to be delivered the next day.
I received an email with order number and a link to sign in. Could not sign in - wrong password apparently. So requested a new one. Return email gave a ticket ID number and said they would respond with in 2 days. That was on Wednesday morning - It's Sunday now and no response.
The email also noted I would receive an email when the lights have been dispatched. Which I have still to receive.
Have sent two further emails. Friday and today hopefully will get a response.

A day late but all ok in the end

The spotlights I was sourcing were an awkward size, and Lyco was the only company that had them in stock.
Ordered the spotlights on Monday & they arrived Tuesday.
They look better than the spots they were replacing, with clean steel facias and a lovely warm white light.

The light is as good as the picture depicts. It goes perfectly with the 27 year older one ouside the front door of my house, which is of course cast metal. I needed this one in a matching style for the side pillar of the garage. Cant wait to put it up tomorrow. Thx for your very quick delivery.

I ordered a new LED outside light to replace a cheap one I bought from a well known Chinese importer. It lasted all of 6 months with a total "light on" time of less than 1 hour. My order with Lyco was placed on Saturday evening and was delivered by 10:30 on Monday morning. It's a true saying "Buy cheap = Buy twice"

Ordered 2 small screw light bulbs for wall lights of which amounted to more than £20 including delivery, only one bulb worked, contacted customer services as they now want £6.25 for me to send the faulty one back.
Will never order again.
