The actual product is excellent, exactly what I wanted. Very easy & straightforward to fit. The company also kept it promise of dispatching the same day as order. Great service.
However, I do feel the whole thing was let down by the courier (FedEx) they used. Was given a 4 hour time slot, which they missed!! Then they add another 6 hours to the delivery time it came in 4. No apology, no information, no updates. Left hanging around all day. Very poor performance by them

Website clear and easy to navigate. Excellent selection of trade, commercial and residential lighting. Pricing competitive with fast delivery from reliable FedEx. Overall ... great service

Sadly it was not lyco. My coving arrived not well packaged and out of 7 lengths of coving 4 was damaged and unable to be used. But speaking to Debbie from lyco the matter was dealt with straight away. Unfortunately the time frame for me to receive another delivery was to long. So I received full refund. Which I've received already in my account. Can not fault lyco in this situation. Will purchase again from this company.

I am so sorry that this has happened and I will arrange replacements for you now to be with you tomorrow or I can see you have purchased replacements would you prefer a refund?

I replied immediately and received nothing, not even a response to my reply of the acceptance to have replacements sent out, for next day delivery

Very very poor

Lyco have a great range of 12v lighting. The website was easy to use, and service was very prompt. The items have arrived, look great, and I am looking forward to installing them at the weekend!

Sorry for only three stars. It would have a five because of the price but not being able to redirect my parcel because that's what the Yodel delivery email says, "The supplier does not allow redirection." So that is why I took two stars off. It's hard for me to be in on a certain day. So I like to redirect my deliveries. To make matters worse. The Yodel driver, didn't even deliver my parcel to my address. He delivered to a different block and a different number on my close but that's Yodels fault, not LYCO.

Wonderful company.
After eleven months use, a light fitting stopped working.
I messaged Lyco.
Within three days the company replaced it under guarantee with no quibble.
Superb company to deal with.
Highly recommended.

Here we are again, no reply to my previous message sent some weeks back regarding two failed LED Battens.
Great products, very poor customer service

Tte ordering process was very simple and delivery very swift.
I placed my order on the 17/7 and it was delivered by courier the next day 18/7
I would deffinantly use again

Absolutely outstanding customer experience. Sadly I didn't get the name of the lady that helped but give that woman a raise, she is an asset to your organisation. I ordered a string of outdoor 12V fairy lights and in a panic didn't realise they could be either AC or DC. Rang customer services who were experiencing a software outage. The person I spoke to went out of their way to help and resolve my issue, absolute diamond 💎🤲

Fast delivery, items wont fit my intended use (my fault) but they want £7 to post 2 small cables back to them (on top of paying £7 to get the items to me in the first place) the cables themselves were only £8 - meaning Ill be massively out of pocket

The lights were exactly what i needed and exactly as described. easy to install and to wire up, and very reasonably priced. I was looking everywhere for 90 cm lights to fit under one metre kitchen cabinets, but I couldnt find them anywhere until I found lyco. The brightness is perfect and my wife is very happy.
The website was a bit clunky but worked ok. The only thing that may be improved is delivery. It was expensive relative to the price of the lights and relatively slow....from memory promised in two days arrived in four or five.
