Fast shipping
Fast shipping, great like new looking units and the best customer service I’ve experienced in years. Received a unit with a sticking key, not only did they send out a shipping box but unit was worked on the same day it was received and returned the same week, with my data intact, even though I was warned I should back it up. Have to see how the machine holds ip, but at this point can only offer praise.

Phenomenal value. I have a machine that looks and performs like new for much less than I would’ve spent with Apple. Item arrived in perfect condition, swiftly. I have bought my last 4 computers from macs4u.com, and I couldn’t be happier. I will continue to do business with them. I’m an iOS developer, so I needed a machine with greater than typical specs, and macs4u delivered. Thank you all so much.

Extraordinary! Flawless condition at a deep discount!
I was so very pleasantly surprised when I opened the box to find what looked like a brand-spanking-new iMac! One would never know it was already five years old as it was in "factory new" condition. Macs4U loaded the operating system that I asked for (Big Sur) and it booted right up.
I strongly recommend macs4u for anyone needing a greatly-discounted Mac that still has many years of useful life!

Amazing customer service
They are very fast and delivered what I ordered. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because my MacBook Pro didn't come very clean, it had some fingerprints on the screen and etc. That's all, I totally recommend them

Thanks much for your review and being a repeat customer. We are very sorry to hear about the fingerprints on the screen. We pride ourselves of having sparkling clean computers (we open up every laptop to check on mechanics and dust removal). This is the first time that we have ever received feedback about fingerprints. We will take this information and be sure to discuss internally. Just fyi, every computer get's a final visual inspection before putting it into the box for shipping, and should have been caught.

macbook laptop purchase
It was an easy purchase. The website told me plenty of information about the company and the product. After I placed the order someone from the company called me to make sure I was getting what I wanted and answered questions about warranty, etc. It's a well functioning refurbished laptop and I would return to macs4u.com again to buy something in the future.

I was a bit skeptical about buying a computer sight unseen and online. But boy was I very pleasantly surprised!
