Maximise Avis 

Completely and utterly let down by this company. Our hen weekend had to be cancelled due to Coronavirus; it clearly stated in their terms and conditions that if they had to cancel a full refund would be issued but we were informed by a standard email that they couldn't afford to refund; I've just seen you've promised another party thier refund. Disgraceful! They've just responded with a standard email to every effort to communicate with them. They have over £3,000 of our money and have broken their own terms and conditions. AVIOD!!!!!!!!!!

I am disgusted by a this company, been informed 2weeks ago a refund has been processee,then I followed up with another call to be told the funds have not been processed yet. THEN I get an excuse that the finance team is in France isolation, sorry but they still have Internet and Its unfortunate the stag has falling through due to the coronavirus virus, however I speak for many people but we WANT OUR MONEY BACK! At this point I'm preparing to take legal action.

Was supposed to go on a stag do April 3rd but due to covid-19 this cant be done. And maximise is refusing to give refunds for bookings that cant be fulfilled only re books which is not acceptable. They have over £2000 of our money and say they cant afford to give it back to us. This is disgusting behaviour! DO NOT BOOK AS ITS NOT A GUARANTEED WEEKEND AWAY AND YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY

My group had issues immediately with the beer bike tour on our Prague trip as it was not at all was was advertised. Firstly the guide who met us was not welcoming at all, and awkwardly just lead us to the train station to take us outside the city to a residential area. We were then made to wait around while the guide figured out which bike was ours, got shouted at by the owner of the car park the bikes were illegally parked in and then had to wait for the police to leave to even begin. Then the bike was broken, the beer tap didn’t work the whole trip so we had warm cans poured for us, they injured my friend moving the bike, and then ended the tour abruptly 1 hour and 20 minutes in with the driver storming off at the “guide” rudely asking for a tip!

During the “tour” we were given no information and were shouted at numerous times by members of the public, filmed on their phones, and threatened with the police for simply taking part in an activity we booked with this company. The driver said this is a regular occurrence so the company know about all of this too!

On the Saturday I also had money stolen from my bag whilst it was supposed to be locked away at the escape room they booked for us.

I have sent multiple complaints to maximise about all of this, whilst in Prague and multiple time since coming home, but am still yet to hear back from them.

The only reason I am giving this 2 stars is because the pub crawl was a lot of fun and our guide that evening was great. He was the only redeeming feature of any of the organised activities!

I had a super last minute request for a Hummer limo ride and Zoey from Maximise made sure all was arranged. When we couldn't find the pick-up spot (yes, somehow we did not see the extremely large, pink vehicle, don't ask how that's possible), I called the hotline and immediately got an answer. I ended up spotting the vehicle without their help, but hey, they were available and ready to help. Big fat thumbs up from my end! Changing the bottles in the limo into a different spirit (not everyone likes vodka or whiskey of course) was not a problem either and all was as discussed. Definitely advise this one!

I used Maximise recently for my trip to Valencia and they were amazing. I had Max and Cameron look after my quote and they were extremely helpful. The trips booked through Maximise were amazing! We did Go Karting and Pitch and Putt and both were of a higher standard than most in the UK. The hotel was great and the travel arrangements were perfect. I will be using Maximise for any stag or even just a big weekend away

Just returned from what can be only be described as one of the best weekends! My stag do in Prague was incredible. Everything was so well organised, I decided on shooting and a bar crawl, the apartments were right where we needed to be and our guide was great. She kept us all together and made sure we had no problem getting into various bars, clubs and the lap club we went to was one of the best.

Had a stag do a couple of weeks ago in Leeds and had a fab time. The karting was very competitive and the bar crawl saved us any hassle getting into the bars. Hotel was in the perfect location. Thanks again to everyone at Maximise.

We had a wicked weekend in Krakow for a stag do. From the beginning we had great service with the uk team and in resort our rep was really helpful, she had an excellent knowledge of all the best places to go. Maximise is so convenient to plan a stag do and takes a lot of pressure of the best man. 10/10 would use again. Thanks Zoey for all of your help.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Zoey was helpful and friendly, we Split the cost between everyone in our group and was clear and easy to pay as and when the girls wanted to. We were met at the airport by our guide and she helped us throughout the whole weekend. Maximise went above and beyond for us. Transport was all sorted, apartments were decent and location perfect. The whole process was very simple. Will be using again and recommending to others.

Recently went on a hen weekend in Manchester. Had the best time with the girls. Cocktail making was good fun and the barman made it extra special with games for the bride. Thanks for maximise for making it easy for the group! Already looking to book a birthday weekend for next year!

Come back rather disappointed firstly the cocktail making at slug and lettuce maximise had made a mistake no food available which zoey did give some money back but that in its self is a pain to sort as the money has to come from Paris 🙄 the actual place was discusting some of us went to the toilet where we witnessed a few ladies being sick not through alcohol but due to the state of the toilets there was poo everywhere which we took photos of. Then the club maximise sent us to had no vip area and the way they made it sound jumping the queue (there isn't one) and no other people paid to get in. My maid of honor decided at this point to look on Google for better club we ended up paying and going into level where we had an amazing time. Maximise also put us in a hotel miles away from anywhere cost us £140 in taxi fees which we had to arrange whilst there.....so to say this company arrange good hen parties I have to disagree as you will spend most of the lead up to your event chasing them once you have paid they aren't bothered. If I was doing it again or if someone asked my opinion on hen weekend I would say your better sorting it yourself as to be fair lad in slug and lettuce said we would have got more of a better deal booking direct. My bridesmaid are planning another hen for me next month before my wedding as this one was such a let down

Just got back from mates stag do in Prague. We booked the party apartment and it was incredible. Just round the corner from wenceslas square with all the nightlife. The beer bike and river cruise was a good laugh and our guide for the bar crawl was amazing. We had the best weekend, thanks to everyone at Maximise!

Maximise aided a smooth process to our planning. A group of us desired Go-Karting and Maximise were able to source the company, take payment and sort transfers to and from the venue. We had a great time and would certainly use them again !

I arranged my sisters hen party through Maximise to Liverpool. Zoey was my main contact and she helped me make it as easy as possible. There were a couple of technical issues and she resolved them for me quickly, which made me feel at ease dealing with her. She is a great asset to Maximise and I shall certainly recommend Maximise to friends.

Our group went to riga on a stag do, great weekend. Zoey helped out with the booking and gave me some great ideas, she was a massive help. The payment plan makes it much easier for big groups! Well impressed!

Very well set up, easy to make payments. The weekend was great & everything ran smoothly. Would definitely recommend Maximise!

I went to Benidorm for my friends hen do, It was a great weekend thanks to maximise , I dealt with a lady called Zoey, she made it so easy to book and the itinerary was great, she really listened to what we wanted
The payment plans are great too
I would use them again!
