Recently went on my best mates stag do in Budapest. I am surprised at the number of negative reviews on here as we had the best time! The spa party was the highlight of the weekend but the bar crawl, karting and shooting went down well with the lads. Would definitely recommend maximise to make it simple arranging a big group. It would've been a struggle getting 24 of us into the clubs without the help from maximise. Thanks again for a top weekend!

We used Maximise for friends hen weekend in Benidorm. The website is easy to use, you get a itinerary and a payment plan for each person. Zoey was happy to help with all of our questions and had alot of knowledge on the activities and nightlife. Great service and easy!

Recently went on a stag weekend to Krakow as part of a group through my maximise.

The process was nice and easy to book and was great being able to pay a small deposit and then the rest of the balance further down the line.

We were thankful to have a lovely guide for the whole weekend helping with language barrier and getting us into some really good bars and clubs!

If you want a stress free and well organised weekend I would definitely recommend maximise!

A terrible company whose business model relies on a Stag do organiser who is unwilling to organise an event by himself and the remaining group (including myself) reluctantly having to 'go with it' and pay up the inflated amount.
The package was a weekend in Liverpool with a 4* hotel, VIP package in Bier Keller on Friday, & footgolf on Saturday for £200 each when if booked ourselves separately could have been a much cheaper. (all be it at a budget hotel, but who needs 4* when it is simply somewhere to crash after a Stag night out) When one of the group had to cancel due to being diagnosed with a serious illness, Maximize we're unwilling to refund the cost of his place or give any gesture of goodwill. But of course they wouldn't have, because Maximize failed to inform or pay Bier Keller for the VIP package - meaning our group had to pay for the package again ourselves after much deliberation with the door staff. (I hope the organiser will get the refund on behalf of us all.) Footgolf was good, but could have just sorted that ourselves really. All in all, a decent weekend but using Maximise was unnecessary. Please just arrange your own hotel and activities at a fraction of the cost. This company preys on the lazy and the reluctant pack that are expected go with the flow and pay.

Very disappointed with the lack of organisation by Maximise for our recent hen weekend in Chester. The hotel details we were given by Maximise were in fact incorrect. We were only made aware of this when we arrived on the day at the 4star Hotel to be told we were across the road at a lesser star hotel. When we spoke to the hotel staff they said that our names had been passed onto the hotel prior to arrival but Maximise hadn't confirmed the booking so we weren't allocated rooms. We had fully paid 6 weeks in advance so they had plenty of time to confirm our booking with the hotel. The week before the hen weekend we were told that the bbq party boat we had booked via Maximise had been cancelled by the boat company. When we arrived in Chester there were other hen parties going on a boat party which makes me wonder if Maximise hadn't actually confirmed our booking with them too. We used this company to take the stress out of arranging a hen party for 15 people. In all honesty it would have been less stressful and cheaper to arrange it ourselves

Very lengthy review but the following was sent to the company as feedback and I want others to learn of our experience .....After the complete lack of organisation and communication from the weekend I’ve just been on I highly doubt I’ll ever receive a reply from this feedback but I want others to see this. I can honestly say that the only reason I didn’t leave early from my own hen weekend was because of the people I went with and how well they managed to pick up the mood and make the weekend an actual success. Communication when booking the weekend was never a strong point from maximise, once all the money had been paid to the company they didn’t seem interested in replying to messages or taking an enquires on board. As for how much money was paid, I can easily say it was a complete rip off and I was only willing to pay extra in the first place to make everything easier with the company taking on the organisation of the weekend but how I wish now that I had done it all my self! On the first night of our arrival we had a bar crawl booked in, the itinerary stated to dress in suitable attire, jeans and hen party props will result in possible refusal of entry. Reasonably so the group took this to mean dress up as though you where heading on a night out and that with it being a bar crawl we would be hitting bar after bar fairly close to one another. In actual fact we visited a total of 3 places and had to pay for a 10 minute taxi ride between each place or face a half an hour walk in the cold without any coats. How 3 bars with taxi journeys in between equates to a bar crawl I will never understand, I will accept that some places do have bars/clubs spread apart but we should have been well informed of this prior to our arrival so we could have looked further into the Budapest night life and arranged our own bar crawl or sorted out more suitable travel arrangements. It was also completely inappropriate to advise us that we could not wear jeans as we ended up feeling like a side show, extremely uncomfortable and vulnerable. The guide was baffled himself as to why he had been advised to dress this way as he stated Budapest was very causal and we would have been more comfortable in our day to day wear. All of the group could not relax or enjoy theirselves as people where openly staring and talking about us whilst we stood around just wanting to leave. It completely killed the mood of the night and made us all want to leave. As I said at the beginning, it was lucky we all had each other to then manage to somehow enjoy ourselves later in the night. It seems just a simple thing to complain about but it was the start of many inconveniences to come over the weekend. A day later we visited the spa, here we had been promised a round of drinks on the itinerary and these of course never materialised, another bit of money we spent on booking and will never see again! When we all went to leave we came to find that our guide had not arranged suitable transport for us to get back to the hotel leaving myself and a friend stranded for over an hour until he got another company to collect us. Having to sit outside on the side of the road on your own hen weekend was another uncomfortable experience which then dulled the shine from the nice day we had at the spa. Another factor of this was that we should have been told again prior to our arrival that when travelling to our booked excursions that the only choice of travel given to you was to get a taxi. Budapest has an extensive bus/metro/rail system yet we where never once given the option of using these and where expected to pay for a ridiculous amount of taxis everywhere between places. We would have asked to use the other travel methods if we had known this as it would have saved the entire group a lot of money. It should be advertised when booking that you will be expected to do this. It seems extremely pointless to have a guide accompany you to any excursion when they basically catch a free taxi ride with you, say here you go I’ll see you next time and leave you at the venue. If I knew this then I would never have booked through the company, it’s a complete waste of time and money, surely having someone with you means that travel would be included and they would tour you around the places so everything was arranged and sorted for you. We have basically paid for someone in an office to click on the ‘confirm booking' button on a web page, absolutely ridiculous. The final straw was when we arrived for the Sparty on the Saturday night. Once we got there the guide told us there would be a delay as the booking had not been confirmed and they had no record of the group paying entry for the sparty. We then had to wait over half an hour for someone to arrive at the baths with some paperwork proving our booking. Surely it is common sense to bring a paper copy back up of all bookings? However for them to say that the booking had not been confirmed suggests that the company had once again not followed through on fully organising the evening. Luckily we did manage to gain access and had a fantastic time but having to wait around for so long knowing you’re missing time that you have paid for somehow kills the mood of the evening. It’s just unacceptable that such small things are allowed to happen that can lead to ultimately ruining someone’s weekend. It was also unacceptable that the guide became quite rude when I expressed how unhappy I was with the situation. I did not shout or raise my voice I simply said I was unhappy and unimpressed with how the weekend had been handled. He was then rude and stated that it was not their fault over and over again. I’m not sure who else he was trying to blame but if not for the company who’s fault was it?! Certainly not ours! The next day he then gave the feedback form to another group member rather than myself and I feel this was done on purpose as he knew full well how unhappy I was with the experience.
We did have a pleasant experience at the hotel, the staff where lovely and the accommodation suitable for our needs. We also loved the bobsledding experience and once we did manage to get into the sparty it was an amazing experience. These are the only reasons I would be willing to give the overall rating a 2 stars! Other than this I completely do not see the point in going through the company as nothing was made easier for us and we have paid so much money for the privilege of being left inconvenienced and disappointed.

Spent I day of a hen do in chester our hotel was switched upon our arrival not the 4 star we has been led to believe nobar or restaurant we had to walk over to it have since been told there is a £20 per night price difference between the 2 hotels told we could have 1 jug of tea and 1 jug of coffee for the 15 if us
The Italian meal was pizza Express some people didn't eat anything on the menu there so were left hungry all round waste of money as one of 2nd days entertainment was cancelled unorganised terable swerve at all cost as led to one shredded hen on her special occasion

Outstanding Stag Nottingham.
organised for me and 9 lads by ZOEY BOND. Was struggle getting lads to pay up but Zoey was understanding and give few lads extra time to settle. The weekend in Nottingham was the best the package we put together made it everyone was buzzing. Safe to say we all fully enjoyed our weekend for the stag. Would highly recommend letting Zoey organise for you. Thanks again maximise & Zoey Bond

I have emailed this company with a formal complaint a month ago about how terrible our experience was and I've not heard anything back! I wouldn't usually write a negative feedback but as they have not acknowledge my email, I would like people to know how bad this company is and I'm very disappointed!

Organised a stag do for 20 guys to Prague using Zoey from Maximise. Zoey is super responsive and makes everything easy. All we had to do was sort flights and turn up. The online payment platforms makes organising the cost really straight forward. Had used Maximise and Zoey before to book a stag and definitely would again. Our guide in Prague Yanina was great too

I was in charge of organising a hen do for 31 people which filled me with fear. However I had no need to worry because Zoey at maximise was on hand to help.
She organised everything and responded to my questions/emails very quickly.
Although the group size changed a lot, Zoey was able to sort things out.
The apartments we were put in were in the best possible location and exactly what we needed.

Everyone we encountered in Portugal were very professional, with all transfers being bang on time, and the guides (Andrew) being on call to help us if we needed it.

Thanks to everyone at maximise as all 31 of us had the best weekend ever.

We had a great time in Cardiff, but this didn’t really have anything to do with booking through Maximise weekend company.
They cancelled the activity that we had booked for the Saturday day time 3 weeks before our departure date. This was frustrating as this activity was the only reason we had chosen Cardiff anyway. I already felt unconfident with the contact I’d had with the staff on the phone so decided to carry on and book another activity myself direct with the activity company.
We were originally quoted for a vip booth in the club for the Saturday evening to include entry and drinks but when the itinerary came through we were only booked for club entry and queue jump. When I questioned this with Maximise they didn’t seem to care or make an effort to investigate further. I found this out 5 days before so once again had to sort this myself and book direct with the club.
We also had a karaoke booth booked for the Saturday night too, which ended up being moved to the Friday night instead. This was fine but it was annoying that all the plans kept changing.
They did correctly book a meal for us on the Friday evening in a good restaurant and for the right amount of people so I cannot fault them for that.
The accommodation was a little tired, in an ok area but slightly further out of the city centre than we thought it would be. Most annoyingly the property had no hot water for the shower so it was cold showers for everyone all weekend and only one shower for 8 people, should be advertised for 6 people really.

Like I said all these things didn’t ruin our weekend, but using a company in no way minimised stress or cost in the organising. Every time I spoke to Maximise I spoke to a different person, this in its self didn’t fill me with confidence in them. Due to a catalogue of errors in this instance, I couldn’t in good conscious recommend this company to anyone else.

Maximise were brilliant especially Zoey who replied to all my questions promptly. They organised our transfers and 3 activities and everything went without a hitch. It made the weekend even more special and a lot less stressful for me. All the activities we did were brilliant. We particularly enjoyed the cocktail making class but the Prosecco bike and treasure hunt were equally as good. If your planning a hen/stag do I would really recommend maximise, they talior it to what you want and the price isn’t bad either. It really does make things a lot easier

Booked a hen weekend with Zoey and cannot fault the service. From start to finish she was efficient, helpful and nothing was too much like hard work for her. Would definitely recommend!

Just returned from a stag do with 19 people to Prague. This was organised by Zoey Bond in the UK and went without a hitch. The rep in Prague was Jane, and anyone dealing with either of these can rest assured they will get the best service.
Don’t think you can get better than all 19 people sending messages today wishing they were back there already.

From start to finish our experience with maximise has been brilliant. Organising the whole stag do was straight forward and then the weekend was excellent. All the activities that we booked were better than expected and out guide whilst in Budapest, Eszter, was great. Helpful all weekend and tolerated a group of 20 on a stag weekend with great professionalism. Cant recommend Maximise and Eszter enough.

NEVER use Maximise!
Booked through them for a hen do to Barcelona, just 2 days before we were due to go they changed the timings of one of the activities we had booked which caused a lot of inconvenience to the plan, having to re-arrange various other parts of the day. We also had to keep ringing to receive our new revised itinerary. Already a bad start to the experience with Maximise.
On the Sunday we got to the meeting point for our Beer Bike and nobody turned up. We rang the number on the itinerary as well as the "emergency contact number" and there was no answer. We managed to get through to the direct company in Barcelona for the bike and were spoken to disgustingly with them claiming they have nothing to do with this. This totally ruined the day for us and since returning we have still not got our money back! Maximise are claiming they are "investigating the matter". What is there to investigate?! We didn't go on the activity we expect the refund. Absolutely appalling, disgusting customer service, and ruined the weekend with their unorganisation, dishonesty and incompetence!!!

Had to chase the bookings a few times with the English based Maximise team as I hadn’t received the internary with less than a week to go, which was worrying and anxious.
We had only booked the river cruise activity, however the guide Eszter was helpful via text from before we had arrived.
The river cruise had some great views at night with landmarks lite up. The package also included all you can drink, with cans of larger, wine and very very cheap tasting champagne but to be honest what would you expect for 28 quid!
The highlight was the stripper for the stag. Eszter will message you before to ask how far the stripper will take the humiliation of the stag, so will suits all types of groups.
We enjoyed the activity so much we paid extra to continue the night with Eszter giving a guided tour at 11 quid each. My memory from there becomes a bit iffy, but from the photos it was a good night!

Went on a hen party to blackpool what a awful experience ,v.i.p booth at yates nothing ready for the hen with balloons decoration etc ,the girl came with a poundland bag with a few novelty things in it , ,we got put on a table upstairs away from disco and dancefloor ,the main meal booked at revolution was awful ,dry burnt food no v.i.p treatment service terrible , plus a menu change so we were picking meals on arrival ,hotel due to book in at 3 ,4-15 we got keys to rooms ,spa treatments were in a conference room ,to end it all arrived at blackpool pleasure beach they hadnt even heard the company called maximise !!!

We had a fantastic weekend in Budapest organised by the Maximise guys. We had a few hitches during booking with changes to the apartment and one activity but these were quickly resolved. When we got to Budapest our awesome guide Eszeter was waiting for us with a few beers, perfect start! Thought the weekend she was incredible and took us to some great pubs and clubs. She also suggested some extra activities and organised them at short notice for us.
