I ordered a stethoscope for my niece…
I ordered a stethoscope for my niece for a graduation gift. The stethoscope came in good condition but the box that the stethoscope came in was not presentable to wrap as gift. The package came in a large yellow envelope. They should have shipped it in a rigid container. I sent an email to the company and they sent me an older Littman box and the foam inside it was discolored. This is my 2nd order for master cardiology littmann stethoscope from this company with no issues from the first one.

Diana, I'm sorry for the trouble you've had with your recent order. We rely on our carriers to transport and delivery our packages responsibly. That is not always the case. The bubble mailers we use are typically sufficient to protect our merchandise. In some case - whether bubble mailer or cardboard box - they are not. The Littmann box styles change from time to time. They should offer the same protection. Feel free to use the original foam in the replacement box. If you'd like, I can send a POD Case free of charge for your trouble. That is the best way to keep the stethoscope safe and clean.

Delivery Delays
While it isn’t totally their fault, the package was shipped requiring a signature. I had no idea and work 1 hour away from my home. I missed the delivery, tried to schedule a redelivery, and now my package is lost somewhere with USPS. BEYOND frustrated and unsure if I will even receive it in time for the special occasion for which it was purchased.

I apologize for the trouble with this shipment. All orders do require signature (except small parts orders). This is the best way to insure proper transport and delivery. Even with this precaution, however, we are seeing delivery issues with all of our carriers - especially USPS. The USPS Redelivery is, regrettably, very unreliable. I see from the tracking that you picked up the package. Please let me know if that was not the case.

Ordered a stethoscope with engraving…
Ordered a stethoscope with engraving for my fiancé/for Mother’s Day. Although shipping was timely, they sent the completely wrong order. Wrong stethoscope and wrong engraving. Now, I can’t get the correct model until I take time out of my job to drive to the post office and mail the incorrect unit back to them.

Steven, I apologize for our error. We do need to, at the very least, see activity on the prepaid return label we sent you. If another carrier is more convenient we are happy to send another label. Any business that has a regular pick up from UPS, USPS or FedEx will do.

I apologize for the issue with your order. We were unaware that there was an error on the engraving. I did not see any email in our system. According to our records the name Madeline Hunley was added to the order after the order was placed. No engraving appeared on the original order.

Order taking too long
I ordered the item on 03/05/2022. And today is 03/16/2022 still waiting for the item. I don’t understand. I had borrow a stethoscope from a friend to use for my BSN clinical.

Your order was placed on March 5th and shipped on March 8th. The package was delayed in the USPS system and we filed an investigation. According to USPS the package was finally delivered April 7th - a full month after we shipped it. I apologize again for the United States Postal System.

The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever.
I did order for 3M Littmann Classic II Infant Stethoscope and it is not delivered yet since 21 october although it mentioned in tracking that it is delivered since 23 october.. I contact customer service to get the stethoscope or to get my money back. The reply was that the company will do investigations but nothing was done and they didn’t even reply me.. simply the worst

What a misleading company + edit
What a misleading company! I wanted to buy some nasal only lateral flow tests.I looked for the Flowflex brand.On their pictures of what they had they showed a box which looked the same dimensions as all of my other lateral flow test boxes. With post and packaging(only the UK) they charged me £5+ and what arrived was one Flowflex test in a box which is actually 12cmx8cmx2cm! I ask you-who buys 1 lateral flow test in the post?! They knew what they were doing. This was most likely a sample product. Looking back I was able to read that there was one test in the box but why are they letting the general public be misled? Clearly for a little bit more greedy profit. Yes, I am angry. I might add - (as an edit) that the price I paid wasn't the reduced price now stated for the "out of stock" item. I paid more than £1.99 so with the postage on top it amounted to more than £5. I cannot quote the exact price over £5 because the company never sent me a receipt - only a dispatch notification and then the package itself has no record of price paid - only a delivery note. Also, there is no way of knowing the size of the box - and a picture of one plastic test would surely be all you need to show if you had 7 of them in there. I assume they are now "out of stock" because someone else has made the same mistake as me. A courteous response to an error made by a customer because of a misleading picture(I ask again - Who would really want to buy a single test and have it sent by post?) would have been the least I expected and maybe an endeavour to make the mistake less easy to make for future customers.

You purchased one test for £1.99 and paid a fixed shipping cost. I am not sure why you think there was more than in the box for this price? The description and pictures are of the actual product taken by our media team - even the image shows one test laid out and ONE on the box. We make less than 30 pence on this product and I can confidently say that your order (after storage, an individual pick pack and shipping charge) would have resulted in a loss for Medisave. Yet you defame our company calling us greedy profiteer's? Because you carried out a purchase without any diligence? This is not a sample product - Most companies buy 100s of these for workplace testing and we send cases to employee homes etc. If you look at our website we also sell packs in 5s 7s and 25s - they are clearly marked as such.

Loved the stethoscope and the company I received it within 4 days of ordering the only thing is the engraving is smaller than expected but I still love it! And also liked the updates on my order! And the fact that I received it earlier than expected!
