Refused to refund even though product was sent back straight away. This seems to be a trend amongst other reviews. Will be reporting to regulators if not resolved within the next 5 working days. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I have like others it appears been declined a refund on one item due to the garment being dirty. This is rubbish as the garment was only tried on in my home and then returned. This is a total scam not to refund money and I will never buy nor recommend this company to anyone.

Had an issue with a piece of jewellery that was delivered and faulty. I emailed Mermaids and whilst I was disappointed in receiving a faulty item, I was assisted by Abbie who refunded me straight away and also gave me a little discount on my next purchase to compensate. Really helpful and efficient. Thank you

I have been looking for bikinis for a while and came across mermaids swimwear, I ended buying a few but some of the sizes weren’t right and Daisy was an absolute gem helping me exchange the items-
10/10 customer service!

Items were returned as they were unsuitable. Refund was refused due to apparent marks on the items and sent back to me. In receipt of the items, there are no marks on them. Informed that if I return them a second time they will be destroyed. Items cost over £100, company have taken 18 days to reply to my complaint to simply say their decision is final. Asked for a copy of their complaints policy 3 times and have still not been sent this. Seem to pick a chose whether they will refund you or not. Take over 10 days to reply to every email sent.

After a little too-ing and fro-ing mainly due to the weekend customer service stepped up again have been an issue with Del deliveries but down to the courier and not the company so I will revert back to my original review, which is much more favourable than my second review. Great girls, great company and I love my Beach set!

The company make beautiful swimwear which I've purchased many times and all have been great. When I needed to contact customer service my issue was handled efficiently and promptly by Bonnie and couldn't have asked for better service. Thank-you

I ordered jewellery for next day delivery, paid extra for this which I didn’t get in fact my order took almost three weeks to arrive, I ordered a necklace and earrings as a set which didn’t come as a set they are two completely different colours the pictures of the website are so deceiving, So disappointed definitely not worth over £20 for cheap jewellery you can probably get off shein

My fault I hadn’t realised you could return sale items, otherwise clothing was lovely but sizing I’m unsure about

Don’t buy on this site there are plenty much better for same price, the item quality is poor, arrived ripped, returned the item, but no refund was issued, they won’t refund if you return it. Honestly bad experience

Ordered two sizes in an outfit, sent one back for a refund. My refund wasn’t processed so I emailed customer services. Received an email back from Abbie Rose straight away who was super helpful & processed the refund straight away.

Great customer service & love my two piece that I kept.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!
I’d give no stars if possible. Company is a complete scam. Returned clothing within stated, ridiculous 14 days and told I couldn’t get a refund and was given a store credit. Customer service is shocking, do not order anything from them as you will receive poor quality items and won’t get your money back.

I purchased a bikini from Mermaids. This was the first order I had ever placed with them. I was disappointed with the quality of the bikini upon trying it on. I decided to return it as I knew I could buy something to the same standard on Shein for a third of the price. I paid for the return as they are not free and a few weeks later I received an email to say that I had worn the bikini and it didn’t meet the standard of their return. This is completely untrue. I asked to company to explain in further detail how they had come to this conclusion. I will never use this site again as the company appears to have no customer care and clearly use any opportunity to make profit through scamming their customers!
