Amazing customer service! So prompt and efficient!

Disgusting experience with this company. Do not order!!!!! I order the heidi set in khaki green and paid £64 including delivery. When it arrived the trousers were huge and not wearable even with heels due to being so long. I returned via tracked delivery (costing £5) once my tracking info showed as signed for I heard nothing regarding my refund. I emailed to be told I would hear within 10 working days...16 days later I sent an email asking for an update to be told I did not qualify for a refund and decisions were final. Disgusting customer service and I will be taking this higher to gain my money back. Do not order from here

Customer service is TERRIBLE. I ordered a while ago from Mermaid and my order never came - i didnt question it as i never had an email. I then noticed it on my bank statment - havent had a parcel as thats not at my house and the customer service was awful! I had to email several time to get a response and no one will help! No gesture of good will ect! I will not be ordering form him again!

I bought two outfits from this company. I tried on and sent back immediately, after paying the posting fee, then I received an email that one outfit they would not be refunding as it didn’t meet the standards of return.
After several emails later I find out they’re returning it to me because it has a mark on it…Like so many others they have done this to. There were no marks, I simply tried the garment on (it was huge) I can’t understand why would they accept one and not the other. I tried them at the same time.
Also, I am yet to receive the outfit back…

What’s a shame about this, is the girl who owns this company I believe is a fairly local girl (Basildon). In a time of such heightened economic sensitivity I can’t believe a company is doing this to so many people.

I will be reporting this to trading standards, as I just find this so unnerving how you support local small brands only to find they’ll rip you off at the first opportunity.

Just reading through and appears exact same thing has happened to me. Ordered two outfits to try on. The fit was poor (trousers too long, wrap top not long enough to tie). Material thin and not as good quality as on website. Paid approx £10 for special delivery to return it. Heard nothing and had to chase the refund twice. I then get a notification they are refusing to refund one as it had marks (same as other customers). I assure you there were not any marks when I sent it back and on closer inspection of the photo it looks like a crease, not a mark. The material creased really easily and was creased when I received it.

Poor quality clothing. An awkward and expensive refund policy and a questionable conclusion to refusing to refund. All these customers having the exact same negative experience can’t be a coincidence

Absoloute scammers!!! I received worn and marked clothes - both poor fabric and one of the sets the trousers were so long they would have never fit the average person! Also looked nothing like the advert! I returned and they refused to refund ME because of the marks?? Go figure!!! Clearly a scam to make money!!!! Will be spreading the word on all social media platforms and NEVER shopping here again!!!

They keep k £10 as a "return fee this is their tactic to make money. Be aware! That’s no fair. You don’t get the product and they take your money as well! I tired of this s$$t they can’t deceive you like that.

Abbie was very helpful replied to my enquiry straight away and resolved my issue instantly. Really happy with this will be shopping from them again.

Beautiful bikini for a great price, true to size. Love the colours and the way they fit, perfect for upcoming holidays. I have put the wrong adress on my order, but it was quickly fixed. I do recommend! 🔥

i ordered a dress which was in a terrible quality and fit way too big. I returned straight away (including paying to return) and I was told they would not issue a refund as black marks were found on the dress but i assured the company this was the state the dress was delivered to me in. Every message I replied to was met with the same automated response,
Its clearly a scam to not issue any refunds so I am £47 + £8 postage down

Do not waste your time or money with this site. Had to open a dispute with my CC company when I figured out it was a full scam. That was only because I caught it early.

The staff is very responsive. If you have any questions they answer right away. I dealt with Bonnie and she was so friendly and informative. I would definitely order from Them again.

There was a (rare) site error in which my order was put through twice by mistake, and the customer service team were BRILLIANT at rectifying this. I contacted the team & they were on it. I received my refund the next day!

I will definitely continue to shop with them for years to come.
