Great products and very reliable service.

I had my contact lenses get lost in the post but the customer service agent Mark had this matter resolved swiftly and really happy with my experience. I expect the lenses to be as great as the service I received

I didn’t not received my package that I order the lenses eye contact too bad and I need to refund my money

fast delivery, good color in my eyes.

I have purchased coloured lenses from party shops that do costumes and they were uncomfortable & made my vision a bit blurry.
These lenses do neither! Comfortable and very easy to wear.
They are also done so subtly that rather than completely and obviously change your eye colour, they enhance & modify your eye colour almost imperceptibly.
These are definitely a winner & I highly recommend them.

My original order did not arrive within the estimated 3-5 business days timeframe. I contacted the team and Mo organised to process my refund if my order did not arrive within a week. Although I was a little disappointed with not receiving my order, Mark got in contact with me straight away and organised to send my order via express; free of charge which shows how much they’re willing to help their customers out when things don’t go to plan. I understand that it can be frustrating when external agencies don’t deliver the parcel but Mark and team are exceptionally helpful and always go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction. Thank you Mark for your assistance.

I did my order for halloween in October and never received it. The next day after writing a review in Trustpilot the company apologised and refunded me the money of my purchase that was lost by the delivery company.

My original order went missing as it was for work I was a little stressed. The own VERY QUICKLY and very kindly put my order in an express post package and I received it just in time. I was ever so grateful for his very thoughtful customer service and his willingness to help me in a bit of a jam. Amazing contact lens too, perfect fit and so comfortable for my client 😁

I couldn't get them in. Tried for an hour.

The London Sky colour looks so natural. Loved it. Excellent product. You guys nailed it.

Great lenses, great service

Awesome as usual!

Just got the "White Blind" contact lenses, and honestly, I wish there was a bigger warning about how they totally blank out your vision—definitely only good for photos and not for moving around.
That said, the delivery was quick, and the customer service team reached out after seeing my initial review. They were super helpful, offered to send a different pair that won't impair my vision, and are looking into making the warnings clearer on their site. Appreciate the quick response and care from their team!

Love these so much bought another pair, the colour is true to what you seepn the internet, easy to apply and fit perfectly.

Speedy delivery and a great product. Thankyou
