I have ordered several pairs of underwear and bras from this company, along with matching dog bandanas and pajamas, with no issues on their plus sizes. The company then apparently decided that their plus sizing was not accurate and pulled 3X and 4X sizing from all their new designs with no communication to their customers. I was looking forward to the new Jurassic Park designs and felt utterly disappointed when they only went up to 2X. When I emailed them for support, I received back a reply that felt very cold, basically telling me that I’d have to wait until the redesign and I’m SOL on any prints released before that. Icing out an entire demographic of paying customers while you “figure things out” is not fair and disappointing from a company that liked to advertise itself as body positive. If you are plus size, you are better off shopping somewhere else.

I don’t know who or what happened to this company. When I bought from them 10 years ago, the quality was amazing! I was a MeUndies house top to bottom. This review is very much reminecient of many others. I took this a step further, I reached out to the CEO Jonathan Shokrian, I wrote to him and I mailed an old pair and a new pair to him and asked him to explain the difference ? As one fit great and one did not, and that's saying it nicely. What he stated " Since launching MeUndies, we have introduced a few new styles and fabrications. Like you, I used to exclusively wear the micro-modal fabric you mentioned, but I've since switched to our Breathe/MoveMe fabric. I find it equally as soft and breathable, and most importantly for me (I have thin legs), it eliminates all riding. " Well, that worked for him - it didn't work for many of the rest of us. This all happened during the terrible fires in LA. Neither he or his staff resolved the issue and I have since moved on to other pairs of underwear - but, based on the change in fabric - no thanks. Ro Nattiv their VP, Operations and I chased each other for about 6 months and when it was done, nothing. It's cheap, and I don't mean inexpensive, I mean cheap : of inferior quality. Can't charge top dollar for things that aren't highest quality. A sad experience :(

I don’t know who or what happened to this company. When I bought from them 10 years ago, the quality was amazing! We were me undies House top to bottom. I just re-ordered an entire new batch for my husband and the quality is insanely different. The underwear peeled after one wash and colors faded. On top of that worst part is after the initial order I saw they had charged me for a whole extra order the next month that I didn’t purchase or authorize. The website is so vague I didn’t know I was signing up for a subscription. Who the hell orders new underwear every month? This is an insane scam! Choose a different underwear company.

Comfiest panties ever, but the liners are so big you could see them through cargo pants, and they get gross after 4 washes. I could post a photo but they just get fuzzy and worn after a couple of washes

Back to back orders with no help, actually reverse help like my problem with the company got worse after each email terrible service terrible customer service terrible Company.

Don't order from these people. I bought a matching set of undies for me and my boyfriend (which is half of what they advertise for) and they canceled one of the pairs and refunded me immediately. I had to reach out to customer service to figure out what was going on and he told me that it was canceled because it was out of stock. Why let me order it in the first place? They are selling items that aren't even in stock! I wouldn't have ordered if it weren't to get matching pairs, but now I can't even cancel the other pair because they don't allow that. They at least could have given me the option to pick a different pair after the fact instead of canceling without giving me reason. A total waste of time and money.

The company has clearly lost its way. Perhaps hitting a financial rough patch and becoming desperate for engagement.

Worst business practices I witnessed so far. Don't go on this site!

Deceptive practices regarding "subscription" leading to unauthorized purchases. Bought from website, weeks later received a purchase email at 5AM that had to be cancelled within an hour to be valid cancellation. Customer support stated I had signed up for a subscription and couldn't cancel the order.

Quality has gone dramatically downhill. By the end of the day, the leg holes are stretched out well beyond comfort, so that even the boy shorts (women) ride up. Tried multiple different sizes. This used to be my favorite brand, but I’m switching to Woxer.

Best undies. They’re comfortable and long lasting. Look good. Feel good. And I love their ads lmao

I couldn't tell you how many pair of both men's and women's underwear, socks, swimsuits, etc that I have bought for myself, my wife and our teenager. Love the matching option, great selection of patterns and styles. MeUndies are quality products, and they stand behind them. I joke that they are the gateway drug to high end undies, but are priced competively in comparison. Material options are great, modal is soft, but the air products are their latest and greatest.

My experience with MeUndies have been great! They are always quick to respond to inquiries. My fiance and I have a whole collection of their undies and socks. I do wish that their products were more consistent—materials and sizes may vary depending on when you buy them.

I have used this company for YEARS! I would say since their first year in business and honestly I have more underwear than I know what to do with 🤣. I fell in love with the fabric first - so soft and comfy and they have a million different patterns so, what started out as a way to slowly replace my old drawer had now turned into a slight obsession. I have even given their products as gifts to several friends as well as bought matching pairs for my partner.

In all fairness I have had a couple of pairs that had seem issues, but comparing that to the amount of good ones - I would say is like less than 1 percent. Also here is my takeaway on that - no one is perfect and everyone needs a little grace. If I get 2 faulty pairs out of 72+ then I think I’m doing pretty good as far as quality control goes. The other thing you have to consider is if you are getting the right size… just cause they stretch doesn’t mean it’s the right size. Stress on the seems can definitely affect the longevity of the product.

Also I have paused and restarted my membership with no issues what so ever.

MeUndies makes great quality products and has excellent customer service. I had an issue with some items and their customer service representative, Glaiza, was very understanding and incredibly helpful. I was already an avid fan before but the wonderful service I received will ensure they’ll be getting plenty more of my business for years to come.

I was directed to the company for having good underwear, bought a pair and when I found they were what I was looking for, joined the monthly membership within a few months I realized how poorly made they are, especially for the price. I have several pairs that the hems around the legs are coming apart and getting holes. Terribly disappointed in them. I am willing to pay the price for underwear that is comfortable and stays put, but not for pairs that within a few months are coming apart.

Own 20 pairs of underwear from them.

I have owned MeUndies for several years. They are legit the most comfortable underwear and they are long lasting. You’ll be very happy and so will your partner. Definitely worth it

I bought two different colors of the T-back bralette, same size. the band measurements were different by 1.5 inches, so one of them is super tight and the other one fits. Poor sizing consistency. The seams are also poorly sewn. Won’t be buying anything more from them.

I love my monthly MeUndies deliveries! It keeps with a fresh and updated selection of undies spread out over time. Not to mention they are super comfortable. So light, silky, and soft. I get my monthly deliveries on the first of the month and it's usually here by the 3rd-5th, depending on when the 1st falls. Great company!
