Terrible company. I made one purchase in what was listed as Australian dollars but in fact was US dollars. Then they took unsolicited subscription fees every month without my consent. I emailed them and they lied and said I consented at checkout.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Do not buy from this company. They made recurring charges each month on my card for products I did not receive.

This company is intentionally dishonest, sly and deceiving.
I ended up having to cancel my credit card to stop them charging me $45 a month for a VIP membership that I definitely never signed up for.
I asked for a refund for the membership charges and they refused, saying refunds are not part of their policy.
DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE WILLFULLY DISHONEST AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL.
THEY CARE ABOUT MONEY ONLY, NOT CUSTOMERS OR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

There are many other reputable companies that supply better products at better prices than this shonky mob.

Asked them to cancel subscription and they haven’t. Haven’t received products. Don’t buy from this mob.

This company is a scam. Stay away from it. They continue to charge each month for what they call is a VIP membership, that I did not sign up for, no benefits are derived and no refund of money. They steal your money. It’s a scam.

After the first order of oil of oregano I was charged for a second order I did not request. After it arrived I emailed and cancelled my subscription because I was not regularly using it. They assured me no further orders would be sent and no more charges would be made. Well they lied and continued to take money out of my account without sending any products. I’ve emailed four times each time receiving the same assurance of no further charges but they claim each time oh the last charge was (allegedly) ‘linked to a previous order’. It is such a scam and outrageous untruths This past month a further charge came out again. I’ve asked this time for a refund but they say it’s not company policy to give refunds. I’ve asked since then for a list of ALL the charges and payments I’ve made, and an indication of what each of these charges were for. I’m not expecting any honest replies. They are evasive, dishonest, lie about their intentions, fail to follow through and if this is so I doubt very much their oil of oregano is any good because they cannot be trusted in their word. And I only bought this product because it was allegedly grown by an Australian grower. That’s probably not true either. Disappointing.

I ask that they stop withdrawing from my account. I do not get any product since July,every month they have taken $46 - $48 from account. I am asking for a refund of $260.96 that has been taken off my account. I want you to remove my email address from your listing. You are a SCAM COMPANY. STOP TOUCHING MY ACCOUNT AS I WILL GO TO THE AMBUSHMAN.

This company will charge a membership fee of roughly the same amount as your original purchase and will fail to cancel the service when emailed. This membership gives zero benefits, only to line their pockets! Then they tell you refunds aren't part of their policy.
You may wish to call your bank to track down funds and change your card number. Because they will continue to charge for nothing.

Stupidly emailed and cancelled. I only got 1 shipment but no others.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! They secretly sign you up for a VIP membership and take money monthly. When you ask them about it they make up a story about it was all legit even though I had only purchased one item before that date, then tell you they can't refund as it is a VIP Membership that I never signed up to, and it is not their policy to refund. It is a total scam be warned!

1st Sept 25 I purchased 3 bags of Oil of Oregano and Black Seed oil. 3 bags for $43.99 USD. Single purchase no mention of recurring payments or subscriptions at all. This 3 bags were delivered 23rd September 2025.

1st Oct I was charged $46.92AUD ($29.99USD) But received no product. I went searching for answers and found on their website they had activated a subscription so I cancelled the subscription and contacted them asking for my money back.

29th Oct I was AGAIN charged by this business $47.29 AUD ($29.99 USD), AGAIN NO PRODUCT ARRIVED.

24th Nov I was again charged $29.99USD and have contacted relevant authorities about this theft.

This company is a scam, I ordered Oregano oil capsules, waiting over a month for delivery which came from China not Australia, got stopped at customs in Ireland because they had the wrong information on a label etc and it was returned to them , in the meantime I contacted customer support and the answer I got was they don't do refunds on completed transactions so I lost everything, got absolutely nothing , avoid at all costs 😡😡

This is a scam. I made a one-time purchase and they secretly signed me up to a monthly membership without making it clear. I asked them to cancel it, and they confirmed in writing that it was cancelled but they kept charging me every month anyway. When I asked for a refund for the charges taken after cancellation, they refused. I assume the product i received is probably fake also.
I luckily was able to get my money back from my bank

Do not touch this company, they are a rip off and the only good thing about them is the girl in customer service, who you will have to contact regularly.
It took 6 weeks to receive my first order and apparently they put me on a subscription and proceeded to take more money from my account the next month and it has now been 2 complete months since my money was taken from my account and still no product delivered.
Im sure the same will happen with the following month, as they didn't cancel the subscription when I asked them to and continued to steal my money from my account.
After contacting them many times, they refuse to either reimburse me for taking my money when not authorised and refuse to replace the product not received.
Basically, they take your money and thumb their nose at you, then blame you for the problems.
There is a 30 day guarantee which they will not honour and generally, they are the very worst company I have ever had to deal with and get ripped off by, so if anyone else is thinking of buying their products, all I can say is DONT!!!!....they are the epitome of a disreputable retailer and will only steal your money.
I warn you, stay away from Micro Harvests at all costs.

My God, where do I start? These people are the poster child for scam artists. I had to cancel my debit card because they kept taking money with no product supply. How do I get money back? If I could leave a negative 10 review I would. Absolute scumbags!!!

They are a scam and a fraudulent company that will have you signed up to a membership that is not stated during your initial purchase. When I requested to cancel it after a confirmation I was charged again to add to this scam when I enquired about it they informed me they cannot refund me my last payment despite them not cancelling that unknown subscription when I requested it and it was confirmed. Stay away from these scamy pricks

I received the product and free VIP membership. The following month I was charged for membership. I contacted them to cancel this as the cancel option on the website does not work. Was assured my membership was cancelled. Have subsquently had 3 additional charges each time assurred it would never happen again. Have to cancel my credit card. Very dishonest will never purchase from them again. Recommend people look elsewhere for the product.

Paid for 1 shipment. Found they have subscribed me for repeating subscription. They give you 2 hours to cancel, but do not notify you until it is the weekend. You are responsible for shipping ''to Australia''. No refund guaranteed depending on their judgement. The product we received has no odor of oregano oil anyway.
