They don’t send the product and I have had to ask for a refund 3 times now. I am starting a dispute with my credit card company. I feel it is a scam

This company are grifting money from people. They bill you one month after you have purchased their product for a membership fee. I didn't see anything about a membership, I just wanted the product. The charge came through a month after the product had been ordered but not delivered. They wouldn't refund the membership fee saying that they don't give refunds but appreciated mt feedback and are in the process of making the membership option more obvious for people so they don't get caught. Still haven't received the product, but thankfully will only lose the membership money and wait and see if the product arrives. Don't buy anything from this company, they're scammers.

Product not sent as ordered, bag size way smaller and only one oil when ordered 3. Double charge on my credit card - order so delayed with no shipping info or line of communication. Then a few weeks later I was charged again $29.99 US ! for a warranty- for a product that barley just arrived and wasn’t the promised product. This site is a total scam - I never review either but hoping to save someone some CC fraud.
Addition to this post - since this time I have been charged again the $29.99 US $48 au so it is a monthly charge . I have requested a cancellation of this charge and they have replied with claims of the benefits in discounts the membership gives ( to what like we are ever going to get a product off them )
They did admit perhaps the membership button isn’t clear as it is directly under the purchase button - as in right on it . So if you have ordered from them cancel your card and dispute with your bank - there seems no other way out with them. I am purchase savvy in general this is a cleverly marketed company.

Worst experience ever.
I usually never write reviews, but this was beyond the worst of the worst.

I bought their product on 1st of August and waited for a tracking number that never came. After chasing them by email, Julie kept repeating the same line: “we will ship in 3–5 days.” That went on for weeks with nothing ever sent.

Then out of nowhere, on 25th of August, they charged me $29.99 without my consent. Apparently for a “30-day money-back guarantee” — which is insane, because I never received the product in the first place, and I never signed up for that. When I asked what was going on, the only response from Julie was: “contact your bank.”

So now I have paid twice, once for the product, once for this so-called guarantee - and I have received absolutely nothing. They refuse to give me any update on my order.

This feels like a straight-up scam. My advice before you fall into the same trap: RUN.

I emailed Microharvests requesting cancelation within 3 hours of my Blackseed and oregano oil order, after realising I had been misled by their claim to be the oldest farm in SA, Australia: with costs shown in australian dollars but had been charged to my bank account in US dollars. They had no time to pack or ship order being night time but refused to refund. Upon investigation no such farm in South Australia exists.

There is a MICROHARVEST (no S) company. Its home page has a sign across it warning about Microharvests, the scammer company pretending to be them with a similar logo but with an 's' on the end of Harvest. The genuine company (Microharvest) has received multiple complaints - but the genuine company is a seed company supplying Australian agriculture. NOT an oregano/blackseed oil company. Steve, the gentleman who phoned me , also warned that many complainants who had contacted him, had further monies deducted from their bank accounts ongoing.

Since ordering and failing to be allowed to cancel my order, I have had a flood of emails from Microharvests the scammers, at first completely ignoring my emails then asking why I wanted a refund even though told a thousand times because you are not who you say you are and your products even if you do send something, could be poison for all I know, coming from God knows where overseas. They refused and apparently have shipped the product, not yet received. A fellow complainee I came across, said he thinks the company is based in China. Since I got scammed other similar ads have appeared: Natureharvests and others all saying the same things. Some have comments answered but it's all one massive scam. It's a highly organised scam. Cancel your credit cards if you have ordered to avoid further deductions.

There are several positive reviews on Trust Pilot all very similar saying nothing: not once mentioning the products. These highly suspect reviews are generic in nature. This screams to me of falsifying reviews.

My bank is aware and I had to cancel my cc card which is always a huge hassle.

This is a highly sophisticated scam but be in no doubt, Microharvests is a scam

My Daughter Kristy purchased Oregano oil from this company after seeing a facebook ad, thinking it was an Australian brand. Their facebook ads are very decieving, claiming to be an Australian owned company, however all their contact details are American. Though the price was in Australian dollars at the check out, when the trasaction went through, she was charged more than the original amount. It has now been almost a month since the purchase was made, no tracking number has been given, and there is no trace of the order number when entered on their website. There has also been another unauthorised transaction on her account from this company, which she has emailed about, but received no response.
