Do not buy from them. Like many other reviews mention, they will send you a product — but I’m convinced it’s a knock-off. Mine had no logo and came from China. After that, they kept charging my card without authorisation. I had to cancel my credit card and report it to the bank.

Once the product arrives from CHINA, they add a VIP Subscription to your card, which you have not ordered and then put through monthly charges.

I ordered the product at the beginning of October and decided I didn't like it. Asked for a refund within the first week (their stated policy is 14 days). Never got a refund but they confirmed my account was cancelled. I just checked my account this morning and there is a new charge. They are liars and crooks.

This company is a SCAM. Product is unusable with no brand name on it and it came from Wuhan, China! Do I have to say more? They sent me the product after four weeks waiting and then charged my card every four weeks again and again. Emails back and forth telling me they cannot refund me and I had a monthly subscription with them, which I didn't. Promised to cancel my monthly payments and charged me a few days later again. Tota scam. My bank blocked them now. So annoying.

'Australian Company ' they aren't, payment was meant to be $31.99 AUD came out of my bank for $51.99 USD.. wrote them emails, disputed amount sent product 5 weeks later, disputed the purchase with my bank,bank refunded me,now they have taken another amount out of my bank for $41.99 sent them an email telling them to stop sending payments and they sent an email back saying please send a screenshot of payments.. total scammers, I'll be cancelling my card so they can't take anymore money... Fraud Company

This company is a scam they send a product that has no brand name then they take a monthly subscription thats not in the advertisement and when you cancel it they keep doing it but don't even send the products . They say the oregano and black seed is sourced from Australia but there is no such farm i donot even give them one star

This company is a complete scam. it is based in CHINA and the product is not Australian oregano oil.
They charge you in US dollars and not the currency of your country. then they continue to charge you every 28 days afterwards.

Purchased some oregano oil, it arrived 3 weeks later.
I have now been charged $45 every consecutive month following, after being promised everytime that they have removed my payment method & no further deductions will be made. We are now having to change our credit card and will be contacting the bank to report them.

Complete scam, products are advertised being made and grown in Australia. When you buy the amount is in AUD. Charge on your card is in USD. The packaging id not as your bought and is without the name.
Then they charge a membership fee a month later for which I haven't given authority or signed. Request for refunding this is denied. All correspondence comes from AI. And asking for refund on guarantee is also refused.

Do not buy. Seem like a scam and they also charge for a membership subscription of 29 dollars. The product comes from. China and no effects.

This company advertised 30 days money back guarantee but they will not honor it if for whatever reason the product was not fit for purpose. They are totally misleading consumers. They also charged me for a subscription that I did not authorise. They dont even explain that on their website that if you put your email on the box, they will charge you USD$29.99. I picked up the pending transaction on my credit card and repeatedly requested them to stop the charge whilst it is still just pending, but they took the money anyway.
I reckon they got a Robot named Julie that answers all the emails. Very respectful but not helpful at all.

Do not buy they are scamming us. I cut open one of the capsules. No oregano smell at all. Looks like olive oil or something cheaper. I did not subscribe to this company but they took money out again. I have cancelled my card. I advise anyone who has ordered from them to do the same.

An absolute scam. They claim to use Australian oregano oil however it ships directly from China and there is no Australian labelling on the packet. Despite being in English it says it’s distributed in the US which also doesn’t make any sense. It’s clearly being shipped from a company in China. Upon checkout there is a button that you can very easily click – and it signs the customer up to a recurring monthly charge of US$29. Now this doesn’t get your product. It gets you exclusive access to new products and discounts coming out. It is a rubbish subscription and one that I’m currently fighting them about. Do not buy from this company.

SCAM I bought 5x300 $114Au & got 5x180 but unsure what’s in the capsules no smell or taste I took them for few days until I discovered unauthorised $46 was taken for supposed VIP membership for ongoing offers selected at checkout for automatic monthly billing which I didn’t select, why would I. Site also shows PayPal but only card payment allowed (silly me didn’t think of using my disposable card from another account). Luckily bank refunded & cancelled card. Mirco harvests advised no returns, refund or replacement now but had 30days on site at time of purchase & still does. Told me packets are 60 capsules & I ordered 300 so I got 5x60. It was supposed to be Australia grown & it’s definitely 💯 not. Cut one open no smell or taste, definitely 💯 not oregano or even olive oil. Told them I’m getting them Govt lab tested not that makes a difference anyway. Stupidly I didn’t check delivery packaging at the time of delivery but since have found it & definitely 💯 came from China but packets stated distribution Denver. CO US. NOT Australian sourced ingredients or Australian grown all BS.

Like everyone else, keep getting charged even after email confirmation that they were cancelling taking money. Happened again, so now I have to change card details yet again to avoid these dogs. Absolutely criminal their behaviour.

I bought the "Australian Oregano" which was sent from China :-/ weird since I'm in Australia. They then continued to charge my card. This is a criminal scam! Do not buy, although if you've ended up here I'm sure it may already be too late.

Absolute SCAM.
They take your money, and don't deliver the product.
I've asked for them to delete my account, and they continue to take money.

All lies, says Australian farmer not goods sent from China. The goods are fake as well, would not recommend you take them as they do not taste or look like the real product. I have put mine in rubbish. This is a scam company

I purchased on Facebook site misled to believe that this was a South Australian company and farm but was charged in American dollars and some capsules eventually arrived but certainly are not all of oregano and black seed which are very bitter, and opened capsule has no taste to the oil whatsoever. Some weeks later I was charged again but a larger amount $50 odd this time and yesterday there is a pending charge on my bank account for another charge of $47 for what I did not request any more of these tablets or request subscription.
This is a great concern and it is apparently that scam Co in LA who claim to be from South Australia .
They are crooks and they put the online industry into bad repute. Keep away from them do not order from them as I have now been charged $150 on these three billings all different but approximately add to this amount this amount. My bank I hope will help on this but it is distressing when you are older, managing these issues,
