Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback, and I'm sorry the timing didn't work out how you'd hoped.
Your order had items from multiple suppliers, which does make things more complicated. Some items could be booked for a set date, which is why you were able to choose your date for those. The other bed works differently - it has a 4 to 14 working day timeframe because that supplier plans deliveries by area and confirms the date with the customer directly. You'll find this on each product page.
We also managed to get the assembly moved onto the same slot when you asked for it afterwards, which usually isn't possible once a route has been planned.
Not the smoothest order, and I understand why it was frustrating. We hope your son is enjoying the bed.

Tricky delivery
Had some issue with furniture delivery dates: The website allows to select dates that the courier company later said they cannot do because they are in the area only every 2-3 weeks.
Long story short Josie from Millie & Jones has helped arrange alternatives helped me out. So dealt well with the challenge and I'm pleased overall.

Thanks for taking the time to write this, and I'm sorry the delivery side caused confusion.
You'd ordered from a few of our different suppliers, and they each run their own delivery networks. Some can commit to a specific date at checkout, others deliver to each area on a rota, which is where the dates you'd chosen came unstuck.
We've actually changed how this works since your order, so it's much clearer now which items can be booked for a set day and which will be confirmed separately. Your experience is part of the reason we looked at it, so thank you for that.
Really glad Josie got it sorted for you, and thanks for being patient with her while she worked through it.

Fantastic service from Millie & Jones…
Fantastic service from Millie & Jones at keeping us updated on the delivery. The bed is a new model. It's really robust and we're really happy with the quality - I would say it is definitely more of a grey colour than a cashmere/ beige which was difficult to know when ordering as a new item that had no reviews! I will add some pictures! Aside from the colour the bed is great though and happy we went with it as our girls (6 and 4) love the shelves for all their treasures and books. It is higher than some others we had looked at but gives the lower bunk a lot of room which is great and means an adult can still read stories underneath! I've ended up sleeping on the bottom bunk a couple of times and it feels really strong compared to their old beds!

We absolutely love this bed
We absolutely love this bed and the whole experience has been perfect. I had a few questions before I purchased the bed, I used the WhatsApp contact method and received a reply immediately (even out of hours). I purchased the bed and paid for the installation. The bed arrived exactly on time the week after and the bed was expertly put up quickly and all rubbish removed. The bed is sturdy and sleek with no sharp edges or risk of splinters. The beds are spacious and the mattresses are so comfy. My boys slept well from the first night. Wouldn’t change a single thing about the bed or the experience so far. Would definitely recommend

Not great!
The headboard has damage and looks like it’s been repaired with filler and some of the slats barely cross the frame. We luckily hired someone to help out it together as it is not straight forward.

The grandchildren love the tam tam bunk…
The grandchildren love the tam tam bunk beds as they can put all their ‘things’ on the little shelves.
Would have been a 5 star rating if delivery had been quicker. However, the beds were delivered and assembled on the day the grandchildren arrived. Just needed to be ready with the bedding to have them ready on time.

We just put the bed up
We just put the bed up, it is a nice bed, good storage but a very big minus for the way the drawers and the wardrobe doors are dragging on the floor/carpet. We are currently looking for a solution for this as it's very difficult to use.
I loved the design but this has now changed my opinion completely :(

I bought the Hugo triple bunk beds…
I bought the Hugo triple bunk beds .absolute quality, British made everything was packed well with great instructions. All the fixings were separate and vacuumed sealed, I have never seen this before. I also got the mattresses. Now to the customer services, Harry from the start was brilliant, nothing was to much troto him and everything was exsplained clearly. This took me just over 3 hours to put together after i had travelled 150 miles home from work, so not bad I just plodded along. I would definitely buy again from these guys. Also I would recommend if we’re putting it together yourself, definitely use an impact gun it saves a lot of time.
