Overall a great service
Overall a great service. I did have to contact them to find out when installation and delivery would happen, but my email was answered straight away and I was given a date then. A subsequent confirmation came a few days later.
The bed itself is just as expected, and is exactly what we wanted. On the day of delivery and installation the team were on time and it took about an hour. They took all packaging with them as promised.
So overall a great service and I think the extra spent on assembly and installation was worth it! Hoping this bed will last for many years.

Bed is great
Bed arrived promptly and it is great value. My 13yr old daughter loves it, she actually helped assemble it! Very nice sturdy looking bed and I love the headboard where she can put some of her little stuff.

Easy to order
Easy to order, good quality product. Delivery wouldn’t allow safe place despite me ringing multiple people which was irritating as I couldn’t select a delivery day with Apple Pay. Other than that all good.

The quality of the bed is fantastic! My little boy loves his big boy bed!

Honestly the best bed very sturdy and you can just tell its really good quality i was looking at wooden beds and they all seemed flimsy. Im so glad i decided to spend the extra on this bed My daugher loves it. The build was super easy mum and daughter built it together with no arguments lol delivery and communication also excellent.

Very good customer service
Very good customer service. I didn’t see an option on the website to select a delivery date but the customer service person proactively contacted me to book and responded very quickly to my emails. Delivery was also good but the only problem was not knowing until the day whether it would be an or pm and what the time window was.

The product is good and was assembled the day after delivery.
The delivery was scheduled for 11:00. - 13:00 but they turned up at 09:30 and called me as there was no answer at the door.

Fantastic bed
The bed itself is fantastic; the Noah hugh sleeper is very sturdy for my 10 year old and looks stylish. Assembly took a while, but most of the instructions and fixings were in each separate box which helped (the ladder fixings were mixed in with the frame, which meant it was slightly confusing). One part had arrived damaged, but this was quickly replaced. Josie at customer service was great, especially when the delivery took longer than expected.
