Great truckle bed, dodgy packaging
The bed itself was exactly what we ordered and was delivered on a day convenient to us, which was great.
However, the way in which the underbed drawers were packed meant that the runner mechanisms were squashed and bent, and therefore no longer working. We decided that it would be simpler to buy new runners ourselves, rather than complain, repackage the bed and return it, only to find the same problem with the replacement.

Good efficient service but!
Good efficient service, but the table was a huge disappointment for the price. You cannot put a single thing on it without it scratching the table. Within days the table looked awful.
Very expensive for the quality!

We had been trialling a small number of children’s tables and chairs from a new supplier, but after reviewing customer feedback, we’ve now removed them from our website. Our main focus has always been on children’s beds and guest beds, where we pride ourselves on delivering the highest level of quality.

My son loves his bed. The bed is really solid and great quality.
The desk is a good size, a lovely comfy futon that doubles as a bed for sleepovers.
I opted for the guys to build the bed. Very nice and professional service.
The bed looks amazing.

Excellent Customer Service and a Beautiful High Sleeper Bed
We recently purchased a High Sleeper bed for our 12 year old daughter. Although only one of the four boxes was delivered on the scheduled shipping day and the remaining three arrived five days later. We had the chance to experience the company’s excellent customer service. They responded promptly and helpfully at every step, ensuring the delivery issue was resolved as smoothly as possible. A special thank you to Josie for her kindness and support throughout the process.
As for the product itself, assembling it took us a bit of time as we chose to build it together as a family, but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Each piece was clearly numbered, which made the process much simpler. The bed is beautifully designed, sturdy, and of great quality. Most importantly, our daughter absolutely loves it.
Overall, despite the initial delivery hiccup, we’re very pleased with both the service and the product.

Excellent bed
Excellent bed, my 10 year old daughter loves it! I paid extra for the assembly and definitely worth it, the guys were in and out in around 40 minutes, bed built and took away the rubbish which saved me a trip to the recycling centre. My emails were answered promptly and friendly with queries I had. Would definitely recommend Millie and Jones.

Fantastic company
Everything went exactly as expected the bed is sturdy and instructions are very straightforward for assembly. Fast dispatch and the guys who did the delivery were great on time and very quick and efficient.

Glad I went for this bed rather than another retailer. It was more expensive but its really good quality. Communication from Josie was brilliant. Paying for assembly was worth every penny. It only took an hour and all rubbish cleared. Thanks so much for making as less stressful as possible!

An excellent service and communication…
An excellent service and communication provided by both customer servicers and delivery. The bed is excellent and sturdy and my daughter loves it. Its also a great space saver and worth the money. The memory foam mattress is also excellent and very comfy. The only down side is, if your putting it up yourself, it does take longer than the recommended time stated on the instruction's even with two people.

Mila Boucle Single Bed (pink)
We ordered the Mila Single Bed in pink, and straight after ordering I received an email to say that the bed had just gone out of stock and there was a lead time of 7-10 working days. This wasn’t an issue as we had decorating to complete. After 9 days I contacted the company and they advised of an expected date that the bed would be in stock. Within 3 days I had a notification from the company to ask a preferred delivery date.
The bed arrived boxed and I managed to unbox and install the bed myself. My daughter loves it, I love it and it’s finished the room off perfectly

After a mistake made through no fault…
After a mistake made through no fault of their own I was without a bed for my son for a while and whilst in constant communication a solution was given that a new and different bed be sent out that was similar to the one I had previously ordered that was now sold out and still waiting to come back into stock, it was a waiting game with the supplier. They kindly offered this new bed that was slightly more expensive with no extra cost than I had already paid and it was delivered within a few days, they made sure everything was sorted for me and continued to check that everything was okay and the bed had arrived. A lovely company with lovely people working for it. The bed is great and my son loves it and it’s a perfect height for him to look out his window in the mornings. The storage is also really great on it, can fit loads of toys and clothes.
