Outstanding Service – Highly Recommend Minko’s Macs!
I brought my MacBook Pro into Minko’s Macs on a last minute appointment after another shop told me it would take days just to diagnose the issue. I was blown away by how quickly they were able to fit me in — they understood I was on a tight deadline and worked efficiently to help.
The team provided an incredibly detailed description of the problem and explained the diagnosis process clearly in plain language. I really appreciated the level of expertise and honesty. No jargon, no upsell — just straightforward advice.
From diagnosis to repair, the speed and turnaround time was fantastic — everything completed far quicker than I expected, without any compromise on quality.
Not only that, the prices were the best I’ve found in London — extremely fair and fully transparent. I felt very confident throughout that my MacBook Pro was in the right hands.
If you want efficient, reliable, expert Apple repairs at excellent prices — and a team that genuinely cares about their customers — I cannot recommend Minko’s Macs enough!

Excellent service all around
Responsive both on the phone and by messages. Clear on costs and what could be achieved within what time frame. Service was friendly (from both members of the team I spoke to at different times) and they were reassuring about each step. I felt they were genuinely keen to help find a solution quickly and get our MacBook Air fixed in a way and time which would be convenient to me. Overall and excellent service and experience and I would definitely use them again.

We take false and misleading reviews very seriously. The individual who wrote this review is not a customer of Minko’s Macs. In fact, they are a failed supplier who did not deliver the goods we paid for and is now attempting to discredit our business with dishonest reviews. They are based in France and have never purchased anything from us. We are reporting this review to Trustpilot for removal.
To be clear: this person is not a customer—they are the one who ripped us off.
Minko’s Macs has been a reputable and trusted business for over 10 years. We complete 95% of all orders and repairs within 48 hours. Every customer gets exactly what they pay for, and our service has earned us the Prestige Award two years in a row, along with a consistent five-star rating.
We also want to warn others in the industry: if you come across a company called Avenue Mac online or on eBay, stay away from them. Based on our own experience, you are more than likely not going to receive your item—just as we didn’t.
We stand by our excellent service, our loyal customers, and our hard-earned reputation.

Unbelievable !!! AMAZING Customer Service.....
Unbelievable !!!! I phoned to let Minko's Macs know that I had spilt red wine on my computer...one company had already said it couldnt be fixed...Minkos told me to send it to them straight away...this was at 6.15pm on a Friday night....I ubere'd the computer over to them so it probably took 20/25 minutes for them to fix it and they gave me a new screen....they had it fixed by 7.10pm that night. Also at a very reasonable price. I cannot thank them enough, of course I was in the middle of something very important and I have had this computer for 10 years....I have my little baby back which is my lively-hood as I am housebound......Thank you Minko's You are total STARS !!!!! XXXXXX

I had an issue starting up my laptop
I had an issue starting up my laptop. They promptly assessed it, replaced the battery, and serviced it, all within a short time.
When I picked it up, I asked if they could also install Unreal Engine, which I'd been struggling with. They kindly did so at no extra charge. Very efficient and reliable service. Highly recommended.

Fast, Efficient and Friendly Service
Fantastic service from Minkos. My ASOS laptop had failed. Minkos diagnosed a failed SSD and replaced it and serviced the computer all in a few hours the same afternoon. The guys in the shop were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you.
