CVS AND MINUTE CLINIC , totally clueless
I went to the Ridgewood location in New York, to get the shingles vaccine, I was told it would require 2 visits. After completing the first vac, I made my appointment for the second
Two days later I was informed that the Ridgewood location was closing and that I would be having to go 5 miles out of my way to Ditmars location in Astoria Queens twice before I even got close that appointment they moved my appointment to another day then two days before my appointment, they canceled my appointment and said that the location would not be able to
Accommodate me because that location was also closing. They told me to call and reschedule. They supplied me with a phone number which gets you nowhere it has nothing to do with rescheduling obviously whoever runs minute clinic has their head stuck up there, butt ! I finally reached somebody and they told me they get back to me that was two weeks ago so now I’m up in limbo without my second injection I will never walk into another CVS again or deal with morons like this ever again talk about no organizational skill!!!
Minuite clinque has some tough competition—- with r3al doctors and r3al heavy duty machines for scans and X-ray. Minuite Clinique con ot compete with 5nen. And they ar3 much faster and take insur
Went to The Minuite Clinique on Grogans Mill The Woodlands TX. Had scheduled an on line appt. Went in and was told they were to busy to see me— but if I wanted to stay around a few hours— there is some chance they might be able to see me. Not very friendly or professional. And then finally said if it was her , she would leave. We were very unhappy and decided to leave. And it’s great we did—- saw an 24 urgent care on our way out. They were very professional and very eager to help—-unlike CVS. They took our insurance. And it was top notch. Night and day difference. Fat pt
Rofeddpssional
It was professionalism and a great attitude—- total opposite of CVS. So we were very happy that CVS minute Clinique didn't work out. And got great care given to us! It was so much easier than dealing with 2 young people that didn’t care about us at all—from CVS—- and we were in and out and only paid $45 copay. Totally worth it. Could have had an X-ray or scan done on the spot. Or a blood test. You’re not getting that at CVS. Plus the wait at CVS is usually very long. Screw them and go to a 24 hr emergent clinic instead! You will not regret it.
FYI. The 2 bad employees ar CVS worked Sunday February 4th— atleast 3-4:30. Someone needs to be on top of these people giving them info and customer service help and how to treat people. It was a young African American guy( a real fast talker and a semi Asian young girl. &&= Stay away! Not bueno, just compare the difference in equipment. It’s huge. CVS has squat and a bad attitude. So just go to a 24 hour health Clinique. So will be glad you did!

They Don't Have Novavax COVID Vaccine
UPDATE #2: I scheduled for a Novavax booster with the Pharmacy. You have to schedule online for Moderna, but tell them you want Novavax. I did just that. When I got there, I was told by the pharmacist they only have Moderna. So I left, called CVS management, and they checked into it, called me back to say they were sorry, the pharmacist there didn't know about the 2nd fridge with the Novavax vaccine.
UPDATE: As it turns out, I spoke with the CVS pharmacist who told me they had Novavax. Apparently these are two COMPLETELY separate entities, and they TOTALLY act as if the other doesn't exist. So, all Minute Clinic had to do was say, 'Check with the pharmacist, they may have it.' And when I spoke with the CVS Pharmacy 20 minutes ago, they didn't want to hear what happened with Minute Clinic!
I was told to use CVS to sign up for Moderna COVID vaccine, but ask for Novavax when I get there. I did, but Minute Clinic said they didn't have Novavax.
I did exactly what my Minute Clinic email (use email to sign in when I get there) and the CVS pharmacist said (sign up for Moderna on CVS.com but when you get to Minite Clinic ask for Novavax) to do.
The girl who was going to give me the vaccine asked someone else, and she was told they don't have Novavax. The girl didn't even know who made Novavax, and was kind of not sure about this Moderna vaccine and if it might not be what I meant when I said Novavax.

Honestly I’m so disappointed as I received a bill for 500.00 for a vaccine that I had given my insurance card to that lady but yet this horrible company will not return my call?? Stay clear of minute clinic and their horrible service!!
The worst company ever
The worst company ever! They make DMV look like saints. Trying to pay a bill but every option makes it impossible. Online? - needs a code that comes with a statement but never received one so no way to get code. Text for code? - option not available even though cell was the main number provided. Call for code? - no calls came through. Call customer service? - 30 mins and still waiting. Will be eligible for medicare by the time someone gets on the call. Ridiculous.

My son received a bill from Minute Clinic, Chelsea Thompson: FNP in waterford (Orlando, FL) I am trying to add the insurance I created an account I can add insurance. I called them was on hold the first time for 60 minutes and they disconnected called again was hold for 50 minutes and no one picked up. I will never go this place again. Bill is passed due and there is no way possible for me to get hold of anyone there
Worst service ever. I'd never trust them.
On hold for four hours trying to make a telehealth appointment because the stupid website was unable to verify my insurance. Which might make sense except that my information was ported to them from Aetna directly, it was correct, and I also uploaded a copy of my ins card. And when I finally got through, the person who answered could not help me and the supervisor said my only option was to call that same number again. MinuteClinic refused to accept my insurance even though they have a contract with my insurer. Even Aetna couldn't get hold of any of these people. Worst customer service of my life.

I waited over 2-1/2 hrs online for a virtual appointment and when they sent me a link, the link wouldn't work. They told me to use Chrome, which I did. I tried it on my I-Phone and it didn't work there either. This is a rip off. I called their phone number and they couldn't give me any more instructions to make sure it would work.

They committed FRAUD
They committed FRAUD! My husband and I visited the CVS Minute Clinic on Bass Road in Macon, GA to obtain a prescription for Paxlovid. We tested positive for Covid (using home tests) the night before. We were told to bring our positive home tests and we would not be required to take a test at the clinic. We both brought our positive tests and neither was given a Covid test at the clinic. Yet my husband received a bill from LabCorp for a negative Covid test. After a few calls, we realized somebody else's test was submitted under my husband's insurance and personal information. We called CVS many times to no avail and never received any promised call backs. Two months later we finally talked to a supervisor and essentially the chart info had been CHANGED by the Nurse Practitioner showing my husband was given a Covid-19 test at the clinic and it was negative. To cover her tracks she changed his chart to reflect the Paxlovid that she prescribed (due to his positive Covid test) was canceled. The prescription was not canceled, she did not test him in office, and she provided him with a doctor's excuse, because he was positive! We have submitted the receipt for the home Covid test, pictures of the positive test, prescription record for the Paxlovid and the medical work excuse she provided. They refuse to respond so we are proceeding with legal action. This is illegal and I'm sure we're not the only ones to have this experience. We, however, will not just go away and will use every avenue available to "right this wrong" and publicize this very dangerous and illegal activity!
Yvonne, the NP was awesome
I accompanied my brother to the CVS MinuteClinic in Elkridge, MD for an emergency prescription refill due to him misplacing his medications. Yvonne, the nurse practitioner, was exceptionally kind and accommodating. She demonstrated competence, empathy, and offered encouraging words despite a busy day; maintaining composure while assisting us. I highly recommend Yvonne when you go to minute clinic at CVS Elkridge!!!
They put the trash above a patients medical needs
Steer clear of the Minute Clinic here (store #2003)! I scheduled a vaccine and confirmed the appt via SMS same day. I got there 5 min late and went to the pharmacy (my mistake). The pharm people directed me right next door to the minute clinic. The place was not orderly nor organized. Finally found someone to check in and she replied you’re 10 min late and it’s my lunch break now. The Pharmacy closes at 1.30 as well but it was 1.20. I was disappointed but needed a few other things and shopped around. I looked back in and noticed that she (Renee Keith) was doing other things like taking trash out and working, not eating lunch. Plus she had the Seeing a patient sign up on the door instead of the out to lunch one.I confronted her to ask why she didn’t provide me with my health care needs. She indicated that I was late and had to eat lunch. The appt could have taken place without any time issues and my health care needs met except for someone who in her words needed to teach me a lesson. Health Care Professional of the Year! She put the trash in front of a patient’s well being. I guess the lesson is to never to use these folks again and make people aware.
I have always paid my debts
I have always paid my debts. I am on a fixed income, in October I received a bill from the MINUTECLINIC from January of this year. I spit the balance in half ans sent a check. I immediately start getting past due notice before the next month is even here. In November I sent half of the remaining balance. Today I received a notice from a collection agency. HOW DISRESPECTFUL CAN YOU BE TO THOSEOF US THAT ARE TRYING OUR BEST
They are terrible
They are terrible. Cancelled two appointments at two different locations, 1 day prior, with no explanation. Cost me days of work and not certified now
Exceptional Vaccination Service at MinuteClinic Chula Vista
I wanted to share my appreciation for the exceptional service I received at MinuteClinic in E Palomar, Chula Vista. I had three vaccinations prescribed—TD, Hepatitis, and Flu—and had no idea where to start. Wendi H., the nurse who assisted me, was outstanding in every way.
Wendi H. was not only professional but also incredibly attentive to detail. She efficiently registered me, reviewed my documents, scheduled my next appointments, and even clarified my insurance coverage. Her dedication and passion for her work were evident, making it clear that she genuinely cares about her patients.
Thanks to Wendi's guidance, I received all three vaccinations, learned how to schedule future appointments, and discovered that my insurance covered all the costs. Wendi's exceptional service made the entire process effortless and stress-free.
I am grateful for Wendi H. and the excellent service provided by MinuteClinic. Her commitment to excellence truly stood out during my visit.
Minute clinic Scam for a DOT physical exam
Minute clinic provide service for a DOT Physical exam for the price of $119.00. The part of the exam for the hearing test is a scam, due to facts the audiometer that is required. Minute clinic does not have this equipment, so they give you a whisper test and fail you on this portion of the test and then they create more cost for the customer by referring you to a audiologist to complete the hearing exam which cost between $150-$200. After you complete this exam and return the results to minute clinic, they charge you $35.00 to complete your cdl certificate. a total charge of $154.00

Terrible excuse for "healthcare" in Springfield MO. Rude and unprofessional staff, This clinic violated my HIPPA rights on multiple levels. Filed complaint and will pursue legal action. Filed complaint with CVS - they said they would investigate, never heard back from them. Will NEVER go to a MinuteClinic ever again.

I had to get vaccinations/tests updated for employment. This was such an easy and pleasant experience for me. I thought the staff I interacted with were both knowledgeable and professional. There were no hidden fees. Highly recommend. 😊
