I had seen a mirror I really liked for a bathroom however the size wasn’t right for the room. I then came across mirrorworld who could manufacture the mirror I liked to the size that fits. My first dealings were with the sales department and I dealt with Gareth who was extremely friendly, went out of his way to make sure everything was just as I wanted it and sent the order off. The item originally came a week early which was fantastic. However the hanging on the back wasn’t entirely correct which was where I then had the pleasure of dealing with Julie, who promptly arranged for a collection of the mirror to remedy and I have today received the item back - extremely efficient! The mirror is stunning and is of an excellent quality - I can’t wait to have it put up! Thank you so much mirror world - I will definitely be making a return visit :)

This was my first time using Mirror World and have recommended it to all my friends and family. I ordered a 1m x 800cm mirror with small black edge and the quality/ sturdiness of the product is second to none. The website is easy to navigate and had the help of an advisor over the phone when I had trouble paying. The delivery was quick despite being made to order and I am delighted with the finished product. :)

I ordered a mirror frame with no mirror. I was told it would take up to 10 day .i phoned on the10th day and was told some one would phone back no one phoned. i phoned back and was told the frame was damaged . frame arrived after 3 weeks and has two chips in frame .Not happy I will not send it back as I might not get it back.

Just what I needed a mirror made to order for a specific size in my bathroom. Looks good very happy.
