Bought a sheet of two way mirror from mirror world, the price was good and sales where fantastic supplying pictures to show how it would look and features. Have to say customer service was appalling though, when my mirror hadn't arrived in the specified time I contacted Mirror World to chase. I was informed by customer services that it had been collected and I would need to chase up the courier to track down their delivery. The courier were amazing and helped me but were limited to what they could do with me being the recipient. In the end my parcel was located and delivered with little or no input from Mirrorworld

Very happy with my beautiful mirror. It has been well made & is very sturdy. Makes a fantastic centrepiece leaning against the wall in the bedroom.

This was a really straight forward process , the mirroe arived in good condition with all the necessary fixings , my only concern was whether I had measured the space correctly ! thankfully I had and it fitted perrfectly.

Ordered a lovely mirror, perfect size (full length) and it was great that the holes were pre-drilled.
The mirror world team are so helpful, I contacted them about arranging a suitable time for delivery and they were very accommodating.
My only feedback is they could include an instruction manual in the order for fixing the mirror, this would make hanging the mirror easier. As it was a large mirror I had to call a handyman to put it up, he placed it on books in order to lift it. Useful tips like this included in an instruction leaflet would help.
